For me specifically, I pick up the frequencies 424.191 MHz, 424.591 MHz, 428.190 MHz, and 428.590 MHz at 1 - 2 nW and -55 to -58 dBm no matter where I go, even in the middle of the mountains, with or without my phone on me.
why did I find Radar tanks Radar that's only Used by NATO tanks and was classified on the FCC search I did. I 100% respect and understand that fully. Each targeted individual has a plan of torture tailored to them. Remember, they spend years studying us, our routines and patterns before they do anything at all. Not all of them have nice cars out there on the road. Some are real clunkers, they are the ones that take the risks that may result in them getting rear ended and demolished. But you're right, the survallience only vehicles are all nice with gang stalker pitch black windows. You cannot even see the shape of the person in the vehicle.

Water blocks it. U can take a shower to get some relief. When ubgrt out of the shower, you shouldn't feel the attack, but it will start again. Pay attention to the area of your body to where the attack is targeted and hold a bottle of water against your skin to block attack. The feeling should subside. Tge downside is, they will just target another area...if u don't mind, just keep blocking the attacks.
You can purchase a water pillow to sit on to help protect "sensitive" areas. Also try holding the bottle of water to your ear/ears to see if it vibration sensation stops, if not the attack is through an area on your body. Try rubbing the water bottle all over your body, from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet...every crease of your body, and ears, eyes, nostrils, mouth, throat...mid-section...or take a bath or shower, or jump in the pool or jacuzzi, if available.
I take an Epsom Salt bath, the 5G tower ramps up the frequencies as soon as I get in the tub/shower, but 20 minutes into the bath, my body still feels better. I also sleep with 5 gallon water jugs next to me, because my neighbors attack me from one side, it doesn't eliminate it entirely, but it helps.
I am usually shaking all over by the end of the day. I found that sleeping under a DefenderShield emf blanket eliminates all the shaking from the day before, I gradually end up shaking again all over by the end of each day. Do you do any EMF shielding, because that is a lot of symptoms? I get the high blood pressure, which I get rid of with natural blood thinner supplements and I get fake high glucose readings. I'll leave the house with a blood sugar level between 70 to 80 and a thirty minute drive and I have a blood sugar level over 150, no food. I take care of this by counting calories and eliminating sugar and wheat. All of this is a pain in the butt.
I bought and use some emf blankets and beanies but it only helps like 10% if that sometimes. The ones doing this to me have it cranked up 24/7 and getting sleep is a pastime I miss dearly.

Also, the mylar DEW detection method is an ingenius way to prove the attacks. I've recently discovered that the very paint in your home can reveal the same thing as the mylar. If you've recently painted the interior of your home or have moved into an apartment where a fresh coat was just applied, you will notice lumps and divots in the surface. Many will be small which I believe is caused my linear polarizing beams whereas some are larger, possibly caused by circular polarizing beams.
You can hold a flashlight parallel to the wall or ceiling when it's dark in the room to make it easier to see. You can pass small neodemium magnets over and feel a change in flux density. Some spots are diamagnetic which push the magnet away and some are paramagnetic. Some of the spots may just be nails that were patched and painted over, but it's fairly easy to tell. What's unique about these spots is that they may attract either pole of the magnet, but passing both poles simultaneously seems to neutralize the effects of the flux density fluctuations.

2. The attacks we have documented, have nothing to do with "compliance."
3. A radar cannot see thru the other side of a mountain.
4. PAVE PAWS is only designed to operate in the atmosphere.
5. WBAN frequencies are generally limited to a narrow range. 2350 - 2400 MHz and are dependent on antennas that can operate at those frequencies.

I'm deaf, I get tinnitus when the EMF frequencies are too high during the day. It goes away once I get into a low EMF environment.

The attacks my child and I experienced were like a beam weapon.
You can feel it following you around the house and sitting on you wherever you stop. Your urge is to run away because it’s a horrible feeling.
It would feel like my head, feet and hands were blowing up like balloons depending on where the beam was focused. It was usually the head.
I would feel like I was going to pass out. Limbs would get tingly and numb, saliva would increase and there would be noticeable biophysical responses.
After about a week or two of attacks all day and, most horribly, throughout the night while we slept we began experiencing more extreme effects.
Both me and my daughter would have a burning hair smell when we eliminated.
Teeth began to degenerate and would begin to crumble. I had to have multiple teeth removed- one after each prolonged assault.
Our immune systems would completely shut down and we would become very sick - extremely painful sore throat and losing our voice, migraines, etc.
Our immune systems never fully recovered and now we get sick very easily and stay sick longer.
I think we experienced some sort of microwave attacks.
The V2k continuously told me they “roofed” us- leading me to believe they possibly installed some sort of device in the roof? I’m still unsure.
