I have used a TENS unit and the criminals DID get me to stop using it by causing an electric jolt when I used it. And I wear ear plugs when I sleep but also keep my radio playing to disrupt the frequencies, but so far, nothing I have tried has been able to stop the V2k or the attacks on my body by the criminals using the Quaking or Vibrating Weapon on me all night long, that is destroying my nerves and muscles and there seems to be nothing that works for me. I wear a Silver lined hat all day and night, I have both a Q-Link plug-in product and a Q-Link pendant that works with it, still I get attacked. Besides those things I have boxes (Q-wave frequency disrupters) in my apartment, 2 of them, that I never turn off ever, and yet, still get attacks of electric shocks, and other types of pain inflictions, besides the V2k, and I can hardly stand it some days. My body is apparently so magnetic that a paper clip will stick to my forehead and several other places on my body and I never even took any vaccinations at all that apparently do cause this magnetism. I also am pretty sure (waiting for test results) that I have radiation poisoning due to the Vibrating Weapon being used on me through the day but especially at night. I am surprised I am still alive sometimes, but I'm not giving up, always searching for new ways and ideas to defeat these criminals who do indeed seem to actually believe they OWN me! Ever since I learned about Targeted Justice I have been listening to the podcasts and looking out for any new information that might be offered and help in some way. Have you tried wearing bone conduction hearing device, apparently this interferes with it.
They may have set up RF Emitters around yout house.
The other thing to bear in mind is that they will attack via head to utilise central and peripheral nervous system. If you can cover the top and back of your head.
Also use of the audio and visual cortexes to target you. Cover your ears or shield your eyes.
The V2K does not use normal audio pathway I don't think.
Have you tried any of these things?
They always need a response to continue or change pathway to inflict pain.

Yeah we need something to help our cochlea or inner ear parts from receiving these radio and RF signals. Interesting you'd comment on time. Early on in this seemingly never ending episode in my life, I'd frequently find myself looking at my watch at times when there were repeating or serial digits, such as 12:12 15:15:15 12:34. I thought I had some kind of weird talent. No, just the would-be mind masters showing off, as if they have some magical powers. If I didn't know of subliminal commands, I might think so, too. I do, so I don't. This nonsense continues to this very minute.

This is how I'm targeted. Mind control weapons. Along with gangstalking and v2k. I don't get the zaps or DEW or anything like that. They have made me feel like I was suffocating before. They'd do it as I was going to sleep. I'd sit up catching my breath. They did it every night, a little longer into the night until my days and nights were switched around. Then stopped. This was as I was recovering from heart failure, mind you. Which they helped cause because of they're targeting along with my drug use. The reason why I know it was them, and not a part of heart failure, is because they did it only once some time before this. Maybe even a year before, cant remember. V2k said something and then I felt like I couldn't breath. Just once. Also, yes. They've called put things I was going to do before I did them.
