I had learned awhile back that If you roll your eyes when the V2K is talking it will stop and say “Don’t do that!” and then continue with what it was saying. I would continue to roll my eyes over and over again. This would anger it and cause it to rewind back to previous comments it had already made. I would keep rolling my eyes which would cause the voice to begin speaking nonsensically and eventually shutdown. Apparently rolling your eyes causes the V2K algorithms to mess up and temporarily shutdown the program until they can reset it. Be warned, this really angers them . They eventually had a live individual speak to me saying “ Oh so you figured that out , huh? “ it wasn’t long after that that the attacks decreased in Frequency and strength. When I was on the streets and lived in a tented area years ago, around the time COVID first hit, on a night when I was all alone, they hypnotized me and caused every single muscle in my body to cramp one at a time for hours. I had to lay on the ground perfectly still, if I tried to move any muscle at all, the muscle I was using would cramp for 5 to 10 minutes at a time. If I tried to lift my head, my neck and face would cramp. If I tried to lift my foot my foot, calf and thigh would cramp. If I tried to scratch or wipe a bug off me, my arms would cramp. I had to finally call an ambulance and when they arrived to help me the cramps suddenly stopped happening.

I have recently had a cousin but marriage move in with me recently who has been suffering from the same symptoms and experience's. She is 30 years old and had moved from Florida to California with me. Prior to that she lives in Hawaii. While in Hawaii she experienced the feeling of being watched, but it wasn't until she moved to Florida that she began to feel like she was being attacked and suddenly started hearing voices and started communicating with the voices. Yes, they have a fascination with using insects, for about 6 months a few years back, they got a little carried away with their insect control, if I were to walk around outside at all they would fly some sort of insect like gnats into my ear and nose.
I have also experienced the flie attack as well, they kept flying bugs into my ears and nose constantly, the flies would land and hold perfectly still, even when they would land on me, I would try to shake it off, but it would hold perfectly still and wouldn't let go.
They would hypnotize my dogs and my girlfriend's dog to do really weird things, but sometimes I would catch my animals spacing out and staring at nothing while they were being hypnotized.

Yes the do play on the religious card a lot, religious is what controls most of the population of the world. For me, for about a year or two the were trying to convince me that I was a potential Antichrist. That's why they were attacking me. Right around the time COVID hit. They said that since COVID hit the end of the world was coming as so it was there job to use their A.I. to find all the potential Antichrists in the world and keep them under control. They said I was one because I was born on new years and I was the first one born in my country. They said I was one because I've died by drowning and came back to life. They said I was one because my last name is Crisosto which is in the Christ family. They said I was one because I beat cancer when I was 2 years old as was put in the Easter seals program which means I was a miracle child.
I also contacted a guy near the east coast who said they tried to make him believe he was the second coming of Jesus. He was walking around barefooted, preaching to people and giving all his stuff away. So they are probably not demons.

Yes, a few years back, they first tried to make me believe that they installed some sort of new technology in my eye that allowed them to see everything I did, and if I looked in the mirror, I swear I could see something that wasn't supposed to be there.. but later I realized it was just different angels of light reflection.
Then they tried to make me believe that one night while I was looking up and the stars and satellites, that they had dropped a spore from a drone into my eye and a worm was growing in it. They even made my eye twitch like something feel in it and right when it did I heard one of them say "YES, I got it." Then every time I looked in the mirror I swear I could see a worm growing, but it looked dead like a tequila worm just sitting at the bottom of my eye.
They led me to believe there is a worm in my body and it will come out of my eye one day. I have actually "felt" before something move within my abdomen area what could be a "worm". Kind of like when I carried my sons I had felt movement from them. However, i was not pregnant when this occured. There have been times I looked in the mirror and seen a "lamb" (signifying that i was to be slaughtered to the dark). I have looked in the mirror many times and seen things since their arrival. As well as shiny things like pots and pans. This can be powerful. I have seen interesting things.

that was me yesterday to try and augment the loud droning sound to my left ear and cochlea and stop the vibrating my heart etc. I tried to listen to some songs I like. that's what it sounds like it's AI all the way. Listen to the high pitched voice in the song its stupid. they have hacked my computer in order to do that.
For when I sit back I can't hear the music nor them that well when it's playing not even with my hearing aids in, but I lean in and I hear it so to me that means they've hacked my computer yours too it sounds like.

The only way to be free of the high-pitched sounds (the sounds I hear are more like thousands of crickets) is to engage your senses, like having a conversation with somebody, listening to music, using your cell phone or watching TV.

The way I see it. I have a memory when around the time it started. "This is going to change the way I think". So the way I used to think was not only in words. It was thoughts, memories, images. Yeah I had an inner voice, but it was used for reading or talking to myself. Now it's like all my thinking is basically like I'm telling someone in my head. Like I'm explaining myself to myself (in reality) instead of just freely thinking. Then periodically, or sometimes the whole day, my gamgstalker or perps will respond to my thoughts. I've had full arguments with people in another room and at work before through v2k. The same way we are talked to through v2k, our harassers are also told what to say to help harass. It gets pretty crazy. So all together I've had v2k+mind control (which I think v2k is mind control. Controlling your mind to hear what they want to say). Mind control i think can consist of all your mind can do. Change my emotions to make me feel like crap or I don't know. Just wierd. They just mix it all up and harass me different ways different days. To top it all off its not just voices in your head. It makes everyday sounds and conversations sound realistic. You can think someone is harassing you in another room and they won't even be there. It's crazy to think that ,yeah, they'd pick someone like me that didn't have alot going for him when they started. Yeah I had life ahead of me and possible opportunities. But some one with kids like the person in the email.... Also Devin in the conference calls and Discord. There used to be a time when only Soldiers who have been in combat and exposed to constant gun fire would have Tinnitus or ringing in their ears. Now, every single person I ask has experienced extended periods of ringing in their ears with no cause for the symptoms.

I am also a victim of constant sexual electronic assault. Every night when I go to bed between 2am and 3am they tingle my genitalia and anus area. During the day time hours they hypnotize me to give me erections at inappropriate times. They also hypnotize me at inappropriate times to have me urinate and poop. They also cause me to slightly Pooh my pants often and have caused me several times to defecate myself completely in the past.
They have been hypnotizing me for so long that they now try to influence the direction of my conversations. Instead of talking to me directly they'll try to direct my conversation through hypnosis. You can feel them suggest a word or direction of conversation into your mind but you can also choose not to say the word or take the conversation in a different direction than they want you to go. But if you choose to ignore them, the next time you're having a conversation they will put you in a state of confusion or panic or make you forget simple words all together for extended periods of time.
When I was on the streets and lived in a tented area years ago, around the time COVID first hit, on a night when I was all alone, they hypnotized me and caused every single muscle in my body to cramp one at a time for hours. I had to lay on the ground perfectly still, if I tried to move any muscle at all, the muscle I was using would cramp for 5 to 10 minutes at a time. If I tried to lift my head, my neck and face would cramp. If I tried to lift my foot my foot, calf and thigh would cramp. If I tried to scratch or wipe a bug off me, my arms would cramp. I had to finally call an ambulance and when they arrived to help me the cramps suddenly stopped happening.

Because I believe that they are satellites attacking me and since they're are so many and with reports of the same experience from all over the country, there is no where to hide with exception to Hawaii. Since Hawaii is a first attach State, which means it's the first place another country will attack trying to enter the United States. I have also experienced the flie attack as well, they kept flying bugs into my ears and nose constantly, the flies would land and hold perfectly still, even when they would land on me, I would try to shake it off, but it would hold perfectly still and wouldn't let go.
They would hypnotize my dogs and my girlfriend's dog to do really weird things, but sometimes I would catch my animals spacing out and staring at nothing while they were being hypnotized.

I wished I knew this in the early days. They have me believing they are real. They play with my head constantly. Of course, the early days i was defintely led to believe they were demons, aliens and or some backward cowboys living in some mancave somewhere drinking some brew and having fun with some crazy technology they got their hands on. Yes the do play on the religious card a lot, religious is what controls most of the population of the world. For me, for about a year or two the were trying to convince me that I was a potential Antichrist. That's why they were attacking me. Right around the time COVID hit. They said that since COVID hit the end of the world was coming as so it was there job to use their A.I. to find all the potential Antichrists in the world and keep them under control. I also contacted a guy near the east coast who said they tried to make him believe he was the second coming of Jesus. He was walking around barefooted, preaching to people and giving all his stuff away. So they are probably not demons.

Yes, a few years back, they first tried to make me believe that they installed some sort of new technology in my eye that allowed them to see everything I did, and if I looked in the mirror, I swear I could see something that wasn't supposed to be there.. but later I realized it was just different angels of light reflection.
Then they tried to make me believe that one night while I was looking up and the stars and satellites, that they had dropped a spore from a drone into my eye and a worm was growing in it. They even made my eye twitch like something feel in it and right when it did I heard one of them say "YES, I got it." Then every time I looked in the mirror I swear I could see a worm growing, but it looked dead like a tequila worm just sitting at the bottom of my eye.
They led me to believe there is a worm in my body and it will come out of my eye one day. I have actually "felt" before something move within my abdomen area what could be a "worm". Kind of like when I carried my sons I had felt movement from them. However, i was not pregnant when this occured. There have been times I looked in the mirror and seen a "lamb" (signifying that i was to be slaughtered to the dark). I have looked in the mirror many times and seen things since their arrival. As well as shiny things like pots and pans. This can be powerful. I have seen interesting things.

that was me yesterday to try and augment the loud droning sound to my left ear and cochlea and stop the vibrating my heart etc. I tried to listen to some songs I like. that's what it sounds like it's AI all the way. Listen to the high pitched voice in the song its stupid. they have hacked my computer in order to do that.
For when I sit back I can't hear the music nor them that well when it's playing not even with my hearing aids in, but I lean in and I hear it so to me that means they've hacked my computer yours too it sounds like.

The way I see it. I have a memory when around the time it started. "This is going to change the way I think". So the way I used to think was not only in words. It was thoughts, memories, images.
