Targeted Justice would like to examine V2K conversations among our members.

Targeted Justice did a survey in 2018, which showed that 67% of our members experience V2K. It can be debilitating, if you let it control your life.
Most TI's with V2K experience the voices 24/7. For some "voice-hearers", the voices can be very personal and real.
We are even aware of two TI members that hear hundreds of voices simultaneously - as though they were connected to a hive mind.
Each voice can be unique.

Some indicators that your V2K is a computer-generated voice:
1) Does not take breaks to eat, sleep, or use the bathroom.
2) Can talk for days.
3) Provides statements which are sometimes nonsensical or absurd.
4) Makes awkward statements and sudden changes.
5) Uses key "trigger" terms or phrases, that suggest vulnerable ideas.

Voice to skull: We can stop this anytime you want, just drop the lawsuit.
Me: Why are you doing this to me?
V2k: Me and you need to straighten some shit out.
You're the one who did not go along with the plan.
Me: What plan?
V2k: You were supposed to divorce Bryan and the voices would go away.
Me: Are you incriminating yourself?
V2k: I thought you loved me.
Me: I love every human being, and | want them all to heal and not have to go
through this.
V2k: I thought you were my best friend.
Me: I am everyone's friend, but you need to be held accountable for your actions.

Adobe VoCo
is a software program which can mimic almost any voice. It just needs to record about 20 minutes of real conversation, such as a phone call. This is how the voices can sound like people that you know.

I had learned awhile back that If you roll your eyes when the V2K is talking it will stop and say “Don’t do that!” and then continue with what it was saying. I would continue to roll my eyes over and over again. This would anger it and cause it to rewind back to previous comments it had already made. I would keep rolling my eyes which would cause the voice to begin speaking nonsensically and eventually shutdown. Apparently rolling your eyes causes the V2K algorithms to mess up and temporarily shutdown the program until they can reset it. Be warned, this really angers them . They eventually had a live individual speak to me saying “ Oh so you figured that out , huh? “ it wasn’t long after that that the attacks decreased in Frequency and strength. Now, they limit their attacks on me to only at night. I hope this little bit of knowledge helps in someway. God bless you all.

In the time that I have been a targeted individual, approximately 15 years now, within the first year I had gone from having a great career as a U.P.S. SUPERVISOR up for a promotion, to being unemployed and homeless. I am a U.S. Army Veteran with 7 years of service to include E-5 Seargent status with a War deployment, NATO ribbon, Kosovo Ribbon and 2 good conduct medals. In the last 8 years I have had 0 income thanks to constant attacks as a Targeted Individual. The one of the game played by these Satellite Crews is called Oppression. They need to keep you from becoming anything successful in order to keep you from being believable. They try to keep you from becoming anything anyone will care about helping. Nobody cares for the Homeless or Drug Addicted when it comes to reporting crimes off electronic phycological torture. If you appear crazy they can continue testing and fingering their illegal technology.

Please Help Red Bluff & Corning California Stop Point and Shoot Focused Microwave Voice to Face Satellite Technology companies from testing their technology on Small Towns. There is a weaponized communications satellite that I believe belongs too and is hiding in the StarLink and SpaceX satellite system above Northern California. It is equipped with LRAD and Focused Microwave Technology which sounds like ringing in the ears similar to tinnitus or like a field of crickets. It is equipped with LiDar as well as Sonar Imagery which can also come off sounding similar to tinnitus. They are also using illegal audio frequencies along with microwave technology to mesmerize as well as hypnotize anybody at any time. Not just humans but animal,insect and especially flies. They are using all these illegal technologies along with, Point and Shoot Focused Directional Laser Audio technology, which allows them to shoot their audio technology directly to a single individual without anybody else being able to hear the audio.
They are also testing their Point and Shoot technology on the homeless and drug addicts in small towns in California, making them believe they are hearing voices and going crazy.
They are justifying their actions by testing their illegal technology on the part of the population that won't be believed, the homeless and criminal element. They are causing the homeless and drug addicts to have hallucinations and hear voices in an attempt to scare their targets into quitting drugs and to try and make the criminal element stop committing crime. I know because they are constantly attacking me on a daily basis. I used to be homeless and on the street. They are also hypnotizing my family without them knowing. My entire family hears the Ringing in their ears but they write it off with the excuse of an injury, or they just need a healthy detox for their body, it's the Cell Phone Towers or it's the Chemicals left over from Crop Dusting Planes.
There used to be a time when only Soldiers who have been in combat and exposed to constant gun fire would have Tinnitus or ringing in their ears. Now, every single person I ask has experienced extended periods of ringing in their ears with no cause for the symptoms.
The Satellite Crews in charge of these Weaponized Communications Satellites TALKS TO ME DAILY using what I call DEEP FAKE VOICE OVER TECHNOLOGY. A technology meant to be for individuals with a speech impediment. They have been stalking me for so long that they have sampled and copied and now use the voices of my ex-girlfriends to talk to me and think it's funny. Now they show off by listening to the TV and commercials i'm watching and copy the voices and make jokes with nobody else being able to hear them. If you want to catch them in the act, please do not contact me but simply show up and monitor the sky above me. They are constantly talking to me non stop all day everyday.
I am also a victim of constant sexual electronic assault. Every night when I go to bed between 2am and 3am they tingle my genitalia and anus area. During the day time hours they hypnotize me to give me erections at inappropriate times. They also hypnotize me at inappropriate times to have me urinate and poop. They also cause me to slightly Pooh my pants often and have caused me several times to defecate myself completely in the past.
They have been hypnotizing me for so long that they now try to influence the direction of my conversations. Instead of talking to me directly they'll try to direct my conversation through hypnosis. You can feel them suggest a word or direction of conversation into your mind but you can also choose not to say the word or take the conversation in a different direction than they want you to go. But if you choose to ignore them, the next time you're having a conversation they will put you in a state of confusion or panic or make you forget simple words all together for extended periods of time.
When I was on the streets and lived in a tented area years ago, around the time COVID first hit, on a night when I was all alone, they hypnotized me and caused every single muscle in my body to cramp one at a time for hours. I had to lay on the ground perfectly still, if I tried to move any muscle at all, the muscle I was using would cramp for 5 to 10 minutes at a time. If I tried to lift my head, my neck and face would cramp. If I tried to lift my foot my foot, calf and thigh would cramp. If I tried to scratch or wipe a bug off me, my arms would cramp. I had to finally call an ambulance and when they arrived to help me the cramps suddenly stopped happening.
I am also a victim of Hypnotic Electronic Gang Stalking, an old Government Surveillance Tactic that puts the Targeted Individual in a state of panic and paranoia by allowing the individual to know that they are being surveyed aggressively. Except now it is being done by Satellites with Microwave Electronic Audio Hypnotism. They Hypnotize the Targeted Individual into thinking that everyone around them is out to get them, everyone around them is following them, everyone around them is angry with them and wants to hurt them. The attacking satellite company can get away with this because anybody the the homeless or drug addicts try to get help from wire off their experience as Drug Induced Paranoia.
The Satellite Company responsible continues to get away with these Crimes Against Humanity because they are fine tuning their technology on the Homeless and the Drug Addicts. Not only will the Homeless and Drug Addicts NOT BE BELIEVED, but anybody they seek help from will simply write off their experience as drug induced paranoia. Any lasting side affects from being attacked by Microwave Technology will be written off as Lasting Drug Induced Residual Side Effects from Drug use. Any voices the Homeless hear in their head will be written off as Drug Use Hallucinations or Schizophrenia.
Someone please help California from these Satellite Terrorists. Monitor the airwaves over Red Bluff and Especially Over me in Corning California and Tehama County. They literally talk to me all day everyday using the voices of Family and my ex girlfriends.
We literally have normal conversation, they have gotten that bold.
They are attacking Small towns that have little to no publicity. They have literally been testing their audio hypnotism on California for at least 8 years. They admit nothing but simply like to make jokes and of course want to discuss social media. They think themselves creative geniuses, and mock space force and say that they own the internet, they literally say," WE ARE THE INTERNET", which is why I believe they are hiding within StarLink and SpaceX posing as communications Satellite
I have recently had a cousin but marriage move in with me recently who has been suffering from the same symptoms and experience's. She is 30 years old and had moved from Florida to California with me. Prior to that she lives in Hawaii. While in Hawaii she experienced the feeling of being watched, but it wasn't until she moved to Florida that she began to feel like she was being attacked and suddenly started hearing voices and started communicating with the voices. Having arguments with these voices during work has cause her to lose employment which is why she moved to California. Of course the attacks have continued just as they have with me. Hopefully some day the world will come together to punish those involved.

Satellite Attack,
