Because I have apps that shows who's connected to my phone blind wireless. Meaning they connect to your phone blindly using wireless connections to your WiFi and Bluetooth without you requesting and accepting the pairing.

Look at your phone's network, over the years whenever I purchased a phone the network carrier was the ONLY network listed. And some of my previous phones did the same until the FBI and police were connecting using IMSI catchers and satellites. It's hard to explain which is why I placed screenshots on Quora.
Afterwards, I had networks that weren't my network like if my carrier was Verizon, I found beneath Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, 2 set of numbers like 313100 (forbidden), and another different 6 digit number again with forbidden in parentheses. I started downloading apps to see who was connected to my phone from Google Play.
