In his autopsy there was a line across his belly signifying what Browns friend had testified to, that he was pulled into the cops car. Not just leaning in to grab his gun which would be stupid to do anyhow.
There was a video that emerged months after the trial that showed Brown the day before making arrangements with the clerk at the Cigarette store to pick up the cigars later on or the next day.
Understandably the owner may or may not be aware of such arrangement's, but I believe if I remember right he owner is in that video and later claimed ignorance of such a thing. Plus some of these things go on and are not illegal and maybe suspect, for why would one buy something but then make arrangements to pick it up later, but still I am sure in cities things like this happen all the time.
The coroners said Homicide not accidental. I think I remember too seeing evidence that gunpowder residue was found in the patrol car, and on brown hands and part of his finger had been shot off, and or powder residue on his hand. Some claim that proves he reached for Wilson's Gun but I don't. I see it as him pulling him into the window like his friend said, panicked and tried shooting him in the car because he hit him. Which the evidence on that also showed it was just a small bit of redness not a blow out of his eye socket like they said the cops. The pics of his cheek was just like being hit but not as hard or as bad as they tried to claim. Plus the use of the claim of when a Cop can shoot when someones fleeing the jury I don't think ever considered that or barely did.
I believe from the evidence and pics and other things the jury could not have came back with a not guilty verdict so out of fear, for what that would mean for LEO just took the cowards way out and said Not Guilty.
