My name is Lawanda Faye Fewell. I'm a so called black 51 years old female and they target me and my son here in my hometown Charlotte, NC daily since 2018, And yes, Gangstalking exist all over. You can apply for a hardship license in many states. It will bypass the restriction. Do the research in your state and other states near you.
