Hi Dr Len Ber. I am so sorry for the torture you have to endure. You need to protect your head from the intensity of the sound wave attack. My head use to throb until I started to go overboard wit my protection. I sleep under a table on the floor as sound waves easily go through beds up in the air. I have 5 or six layers of very thick aluminum rolls nailed onto the table all around and extending past my feet. I have iron griddles, sound proofing material, EMF blankets and beanies and a silver lined cap. I sleep with an iron pan behind my head and another pan on top wrapped in layers of thick aluminum. I never leave the house without my 2 EMF beanies with sound proofing material in between. I still hear the noise but the GPS takes longer to track me in my cave. The sound is dampened but still annoying but at least my head doesn’t hurt
Be careful, Dr. Len Ber. The police can be ordered to take you against your will if neighbors are sating you are acting crazy. Once in a psych ward, they take control and restrain you and force psych meds on you. This has mot happened to me but my mom was a great psych nurse - one of the rare ones that cared about her patients. I don’t want the perps to know exactly but you should type in EMF beanies and you will get results. I use a thick hard spongy type sound dampening foam I cut to fit in between the beanies that I shape with multiple layers. There may be better options. I can fold the inner beanie over the outer beanie so it looks Like one. I wear it at work and most people just think it is s style and like it. It has helped the intensity but you can still hear the sound but my head doesn’t hurt. At night I add the silver lining cap under the beanies. I am set to fight this demonic force to the end and want to survive with my brain intact if possible.

Anette, the method is to install a regular double-hinge hasp and padlock on the outside of the door. Use 3/4" or 1"white masking tape- the flimsy kind, not much, just one layer thick to wrap around the padlock so that it goes over the keyhole and between the u-shaped piece of steel. First, initial or sign the end of the tape while it is still on the roll, then peel and tear off the little length you need. Wrap it around the padlock so it covers the keyhole and wraps back over itself with your initials showing. Squeeze it on tight, maybe heat it up with your hand so it sticks good. I also use a razorblade to slit the tape in a few spots at different angles, so that it cannot be peeled off the lock in one piece- if anyone tries to tamper with it or remove it, you are going to know. After you fix the tape around the open lock as described, make a few slits in it with a razorblade then lock the door with the padlock . Take a picture of the taped padlock. No one can breach the lock without wrecking the tape. If they do, you will have evidence of a break-in

She is a social worker for vulnerable youth women in cedar city Utah. She should not be able to work at all. I really was devastated when I saw that but her adopted son was raped more than once before he was out of diapers and she never reported it so I should have known. I videoed a cigar shaped UFO going across the sky silently and disappear into the chem trails. I think you need to get a table and put 5 or 6 layers of aluminum rolls on it or moe. Get sound proofing material, EMF blankets and silver lining caps and iron and water bottles. Crawl under it like i do and it does dampen the sound. It is still very annoying but I think it takes the pressure out of the intensity which is damaging your brain. Wear protective head gear at all times as i do. Two EMF beanies with sound dampening material in between. I also put a pan wrapped in layers of thick aluminum foil over my head and an iron pan behind it when I sleep. When I do all this, my head does not hurt. Make it harder for the demonic psychopaths to zero in on your brain with their GPS. Hang in there. God bless you my angel.

I don’t want the perps to know exactly but you should type in EMF beanies and you will get results. I use a thick hard spongy type sound dampening foam I cut to fit in between the beanies that I shape with multiple layers. There may be better options. I can fold the inner beanie over the outer beanie so it looks Like one. I wear it at work and most people just think it is s style and like it. It has helped the intensity but you can still hear the sound but my head doesn’t hurt. At night I add the silver lining cap under the beanies. I am set to fight this demonic force to the end and want to survive with my brain intact if possible.
You are right on on your research! I think the modified HAARP and EMF piggybacks off other EMF devices to enhance their attacks. When I drive by 5G towers and have the high pitched ringing like an opera singer breaking glass, it gets louder. I always wear multiple layers of EMF T-shirts in a feeble attempt to protect my heart and at least my beanies with sound dampening material in between because I notice my head does not hurt or throb when i do that. It makes the perps have to work harder to attack me. I think of the layers as protection over my head confusing AI and having more trouble judging the proper depth to attack the targeted spot.

Anette, the method is to install a regular double-hinge hasp and padlock on the outside of the door. Use 3/4" or 1"white masking tape- the flimsy kind, not much, just one layer thick to wrap around the padlock so that it goes over the keyhole and between the u-shaped piece of steel. First, initial or sign the end of the tape while it is still on the roll, then peel and tear off the little length you need. Wrap it around the padlock so it covers the keyhole and wraps back over itself with your initials showing. Squeeze it on tight, maybe heat it up with your hand so it sticks good. I also use a razorblade to slit the tape in a few spots at different angles, so that it cannot be peeled off the lock in one piece- if anyone tries to tamper with it or remove it, you are going to know. After you fix the tape around the open lock as described, make a few slits in it with a razorblade then lock the door with the padlock . Take a picture of the taped padlock. No one can breach the lock without wrecking the tape. If they do, you will have evidence of a break-in

I had 4 of them in my home around the week of November 14th 2021 all caught on camera in my home that I owned and their abuses. . I was visibly drugged and thrown on the sofa like a rag doll. Around the same week a person I had known for years who faked our friendship decided she wanted to come over. During that visit I caught her using her camera phone to record me laughing at me while she tried to sneak recording. I was still reeling from whatever drug they put in me and could not string two sentences together. It was awful. Seeing her do that was heartbreaking and then to watch her laughing was despicable. She is a social worker for vulnerable youth women in cedar city Utah. She should not be able to work at all. I am seriously wondering if she is part of the huge network of sex traffickers that flourish in Utah. I haven’t spoken to her since and shot her a few birds in the recordings. I really was devastated when I saw that but her adopted son was raped more than once before he was out of diapers and she never reported it so I should have known. Several of her family members are sex abusers. I never thought she would be though. I don’t know why. It’s sick. Unfortunately for me I went to go get the footage and both the footage and the camera are gone. The camera might be in storage but the footage is gone for sure. If you look online there are websites and YouTube channels that teach you how to take old phone cameras and cameras from laptops and such and turn them into secret recording devices.

do not get a RING, NEST , ROKU or Blink. RING cameras are controlled by Law Enforcement and Blink was good until the original owner sold it to AMAZON. Dont trust anything attached to google and make sure that the camera you purchased does not have a government contract in your local area to Law Enforcement or Intelligence services. Otherwise the camera is very much useless. All my evidence on cameras and otherwise has gone missing or tampered with. Your best best it nothing attached to the internet or bluetooth. Old school style. There are youtube channels that explain how to use old hardware from old phones, computers, etc.... and take the cameras out and create your own hidden camera or system. Otherwise every camera at this point will be hacked and not secure at all no matter what you do. The only thing that worked for me was using a camera with an SD card and I was able to capture 4 men in my home in and around the week of November 14th 2021. However I obviously did not secure the camera or card well enough because they are both now missing

I walk around a 4 mile Lake where i live and three times a white SUV stopped in a place where no parking was allowed. By the time I got my cell phone out , it took off. The third time I caught it parked and then driving away. i got the license plate!
Maybe put the ring system on all your doors and make sure there is a camera focused on your circuit breaker incase they try to cut off your power supply. The ring system can be connected to your phone so you can watch remotely and know who is coming to your door. Maybe get objects with hidden motion detector video recorders in them and put around your house.

I videoed a cigar shaped UFO going across the sky silently and disappear into the chem trails. I strongly believe the chem trails contain substances that are dangerous to our health and wildlife and may eventually fall to the ground creating an acidic environment that may hurt the trees and our food supply. Also I think the chemicals used create a form of camouflage that the military can hide their drones behind when they attack innocent civilians. The sky is not pure blue anymore. There is white or grayish color if you look closely in some areas. I want the chem trails researched and analyzed to see what chemicals they contain and how harmful they are.
