Many Targeted Individuals have expereinced increased microwave attacks since we filed the lawsuit on 11 January. This is one of the reasons that we filed a Preliminary Injunction. We encourage all TI's to read the Preliminary Injunction because it explains how your name was added to a McCarthy-esque blacklist, to track and harm people worldwide.

The satellite weapon is called a Vircator. US Patent 4345220 is owned by the USAF. The production weapons are called the "Thunderbolt System" rated at 32 MegaJoules of energy, and built by the Titan Corporation (now L3Harris). They were launched into orbit beginning in 1984 and the entire satellite constellation of 24 weapons was fully operational by 1992. The weapons produce a microwave scalar beam that can easily penetrate buildings, metal, wood, & concrete. The system was originally designed to destroy incoming ballistic missiles as part of President Reagan's Star Wars program (SDIO). It is a military weapon system, that is routinely used against civilians, in violation of the Geneva Conventions.

TI’s stay united. Sometimes we are our worst enemies. This is a truly historic lawsuit, thus the torture escalation. I will never give up fighting until this program ceases to exist.
My torture level is up to the intolerable level. My neighbors called the police. They thought someone was being tortured. The police showed up and I said: bingo. Then I showed them my diagnosis, and correspondence with Dr Giordano. They have not been back yet.
The man is a hero. His padlock/tape method of securing my front door has helped me to keep the psychopaths from entering my home when I am not here.
The psychopaths have established full-spectrum depravity, on display for the world to see. The timing of this lawsuit is divine
