I would add that those on the watch list are farmed out to contractors, like commodities, for experimentation purposes such as testing drugs, gases, frequency weapons, psychological manipulation techniques and training exercises, where they need human subjects to test on but are unlikely to get anyone to volunteer.
I feel like they have put voices or thoughts into my head to target/ say things to my own family members that would hurt them…I assume this is a typical blame shift tactic?
New TIs focus on getting people around them, especially friends and family, and just people in general to acknowledge the harm that is being done to them. Maybe all TIs keep pining for understanding, compassion and justice. Here's a thought exercise: if you were not a TI, would you believe someone telling you that they had experienced similar things to what you have? I think not. Hope you are with me so far, I'm getting to my point now. Please do not fall into the trap of getting your family on your side by getting them (somehow) to believe your story. I believe that a key to the effective targeting of an individual is to get you to slander yourself and be your own worst enemy. Please talk to TIs, and to people who have the capacity and preparedness (education) to sort out your accounts and deal with you in a just and compassionate manner. Even then, such people might be added to the lists. Talking about your experiences avidly, frightening people, will get you in a psychiatric ward drugged and with a psychiatric label on you permanently, alarm police officers that are dealing with you to the extent that they may draw weapons, and will certainly track (stack) and intercept you at all possible occasions, result in life-long shunning which will interfere with your survival in very many ways. People go into fear & shock & shun the messenger. People lock into denial & to maintain that will brand you as more insane than the other (actually) insane people they have known, who in fact were realized to be part-time sane. Also better to let your relatives stay off the lists, if they are able to stay present and understand your situation. Maybe have a private chuckle at the many ridiculous explanations that people come up with to deny and explain any targeting or gang-stalking events that they observe. I have heard many, although laughing at them is a stretch. If I have reached you and you can believe me, I would suggest to question why this approach is being suggested to you here. So what's the solution: keep all the relationships, comfort and support you can intact. Develop your strength. The only way out is up. Other notes follow. My family members are all activists and anti war, anti Zionist, etc. so they’re all getting attacked now in different ways. These sadists knew how much my daughter meant to me so they started targeting her immediately as a toddler, hoping that they would finally control me by abusing her.
The only person close to us that they were able use to abuse us was my husband, now ex, who ended up gladly helping them add to me and my daughter’s abuse. He started treating us in a very dehumanized and cruel way. I am sure they used sexual and other incentives for him. They have a lot of illegal methods they use to tempt people.

I began recording my v2k and have my wife and mom listen to them showing them the voices in them.
They are still put off, but I think I've made dents into them believing I wasn't mentally ill...
