As a lawyer I'm hoping maybe you could observe any unconstitutional aspects of the vendor agreement, such as the conflict the vendor agreement poses with the Brady List or Brady Doctrine. Which is a privilege of United States citizens that is being taken away by the state over this vendor agreement - potentially 14th Amendment infringement.

But the more significant applications to view are military aspects of LIDAR - consider law enforcement now is much more like a local-level military when it comes to the arsenal of resources they have.
There has to be policy implemented on these things. It's far too easy for our citizens to become the victim of biased practice of the law. Many of these resources even ensure that entrapment will not be an issue - especially when you fight it with any level of evidence.
I suggest you collect evidence of those lights flashing and only being visible with your camera. Use timestamped records with two devices - one using IR and the other using a regular camera, so that the timestamps will correlate with your experience.
In the future these capabilities will become more publicly disclosed. It's only a matter of time. Collecting the evidence is more important, so that one day you will be able to go back and press charges. As well as handle any disregarded police reports.

My intuition is screaming at me that this secret equipment is in use in every state and is related to the experience of targeted individuals. I also have a 'hunch' that it's the same equipment used by federal entities.
If we could fight this in New Hampshire and win it would also force other states to disclose the equipment.

Its that, or the radar via radio waves, or mri imaging. I just cannot tell if it is remote or not…. I can tell when theyre doing it bc the veins on my hands pop out, really protrude. And normally i have no veins showing on my hands. Its hard radiation, whatever allows them to see through walls. There is also, i have heard, ways to see via wifi. But who knows, all i know is there is tech that allows this. I tend to lean toward closer tech as a cba directly behind me has made it very very clear he can see some image of me, and my movements. I only saw him once in 4 years, on accident while driving, he clearly avoids me. And the look on his face was of shock and idk embarassment?

Seriously??????????????? That short video is suppose to prove something? For all I know, the guy just turned up the sound on the instrument when he got near the back of his head. Even if they could do this how would they track a specific person. With millions of people in the world, everyone would have to put out a different sound wave and they would have to know what wave belonged to who to be able to track a specific person. I think I would be more leary of Google maps taking a picture of my house!!!

I agree, it's not "new" technology but I do believe new applications are being invented to access them with more ease such as for local levels of law enforcement.
It's also why I believe that the secret surveillance equipment in Concord, NH is related.
They claim it's not a drone, it isn't a camera, but it is used for surveillance.
Then, despite the Brady Doctrine and the fact that any level of surveillance equipment produces exculpatory evidence; they are upholding the unconstitutional vendor agreement that bars them from presenting the equipment's usage as evidence.
They weren't even supposed to admit it exists to the public as per the vendor agreement. For all we know, the vendor of the equipment could be the CIA or the NSA. But no one is willing to fight alongside the ACLU to help force disclosure.

I truly believe that if we fought for disclosure that this could certainly prove that not only does this technology exist, but entities of 'justice' ARE using it for surveillance.
We won't get this chance elsewhere. The public was extremely lucky to have found this in a state whose broader right-to-know laws include financial records like the city budget for Concord. Otherwise, we wouldn't have even been told the "secret" equipment exists.

That invisible light you are seeing is LIDAR.
I had an infrared camera in my home when all of this began, and constantly noticed my iPhone 12 lighting up throughout the night. I was freaking all the way out thinking I had just paid over 1k for a faulty device.
Come to find out, it was face recognition - powered by LIDAR.
If you have an iphone use the face unlock feature and you'll notice there is actually an invisible light on the device near the front-view camera.
This light is only visible with infrared for whatever reason.
It's funny you mentioned that. And yes, there are sources online claiming law enforcement are also using LIDAR.
But the more significant applications to view are military aspects of LIDAR - consider law enforcement now is much more like a local-level military when it comes to the arsenal of resources they have.
There has to be policy implemented on these things. It's far too easy for our citizens to become the victim of biased practice of the law. Many of these resources even ensure that entrapment will not be an issue - especially when you fight it with any level of evidence.
I suggest you collect evidence of those lights flashing and only being visible with your camera. Use timestamped records with two devices - one using IR and the other using a regular camera, so that the timestamps will correlate with your experience.
In the future these capabilities will become more publicly disclosed. It's only a matter of time. Collecting the evidence is more important, so that one day you will be able to go back and press charges. As well as handle any disregarded police reports.
The entire city/county becomes liable when their officers are not desisted with these intrusive and excessive acts.
It will all come to the light.

As the above link entails, every wireless connection pretty much operates on this spectrum these days, meaning it could potentially be tapped into like a giant radar. Cell towers, even home appliances emit millimeter-wave exposure. From an engineer perspective you'd simply need to create a receiver to see what's already there.
Which is something that was likely created as this first began being used. But they'll act like it's a newfound resource when they do finally decide to come clean with these capabilities. God forbid the public learns that they could have saved countless lives and locate missing persons with a click of a button.

Maybe you should check Elon musks starling DNA patents. He seems to think he can identify people by DNA among other things via satellite. This is only one method. Some papers elsewhere show people having other unique identifiers. Most of these agencies have been databasing DNA where possible for years. Profiling it against people just as the police do now with samples and fingerprints. There were also consistent whistle blowers from the 26th squadron colorado base whi all gave completely consistent versions of the chain of command there, the activities they were involved with, and other details. Those facts were verified years back and indeed it all lined up 100%. One of those whistle blowers said his job was to track people wirelessly using satellite and towers. He was then observing them in certain ways and able to cause unpleasant things to happen to those people. He still makes videos but never shows his face. Forget his alias. But this is no joke and as an engineer myself and someone studying the bio tech I can tell you that you probably have no idea what tech they have had for years or how mind blowing it is in its ability to do the unbelievable. Seems like black magic to those not aware of the kind of tech these people have. I've read so many sick patents now I almost get nightmares 😂

The GPS system was first launched in the 1970's. Targeted Individuals were first attacked on the ground, starting in 1984 (see Harlan Girard) - that is many years before there was any network of cell towers. And I don't know anyone that had a cell phone in 1984.

That will show how there is literal SCIENCE behind tracking and identifying people with cellphone towers or rather the same "millimeter-waves" that power them.
It is also referred to as 'mID' in this proposal, which is where an individual can be identified in the ABSENCE of cameras whether by satellite or CCTV.
mID does also use satellite. But it could apparently use the already existing radio waves etc from cell towers to construct a 3D image, as well.

Don't call it tinnitus. It's not tinnitus. Its a high pitched sound that is in your head that fluctuates every day and it comes through as sound from your ears. Tinnitus is a constant and you have it continually and it doesn't fluctuate. There are days when you experience it and days when it's turned off. Figure that one out. Either way, it does affect your biorhythms. It can't be good. Possibly a very slow kill because of it's affects on the cellular level over a periodof years. I'm an Overcomer and a warrior though. I refuse to have a victim attitude. Overcome their frequency with your positive frequency. It's hard sometimes, but it can be done.
Medical providers can't help but rate you with an ICD10 code which catoragizes you with some sort of mental illness. I don't play the game. I just don't bother doctors with it. It is what it is and I just live with it. There's nothing that can change it except one's attitude toward it. Like I said before, God takes care of His own and I am blessed.
