While I do not discount the records and experiences of people reporting targeting, it is important to understand what we're dealing with and what not. Of course it is difficult to determine exactly what satellite technology is being deployed, it is also possible to determine what things are not.

An example that is of particular interest to me it "beamforming" technology. The terms sounds ominous, but is in fact not able to do what people not versed in the subject think it does. Beamforming technology in mobile phone towers and wifi devices depends 100% on a device being in active communication with the tower. This doesn't mean the device has to be detected only, but it means the device has to actively respond and communicate with the tower or device providing the signal. It's the core basis on how beamforming works.

Persons experiencing symptoms can therefor quite safely tick this off as not being the source of their discomfort or symptoms. This is important, since if one assumes something to be the source of a problem which it is not, it become very difficult to address the problem. So while frequency emission may be the cause, beamforming tech is not, unless on has a mobile phone or similar device embedded in ones body (which is not impossible, but unlikely for most).

I have attached a document that explains exactly how beamforming tech works and although it is technical in nature, I'm sure many here will find it informative.
