In addition, although the FBI has a formal process for nominating non-investigative subjects to the watchlist, when we discussed this process with a Counterterrorism Division section manager responsible for receiving such information and forwarding nomination requests to NCTC, we were informed that the section had not received any such nomination requests. When we discussed this issue with an NCTC official, we learned that NCTC is receiving nominations for non-investigative subjects directly from FBI field personnel. Because this nomination practice is not covered in FBI policy, there are no requirements for FBI personnel to ensure that any resulting watchlist records are updated or removed as appropriate. There is likewise no mechanism to ensure that the nominations directly passed to NCTC by field personnel are appropriate and that the information is complete and accurate.
The weaknesses described above indicate that the potential exists for the watchlist nominations to be inappropriate, inaccurate, or outdated because watchlist records are not appropriately generated, updated or removed as required by FBI policy. Accurate and current identifying information is critical for identifying suspected terrorists during screening practices, lowering the risk to frontline screening personnel, and reducing misidentifications of innocent individuals who are not suspected terrorists. Moreover, watchlist records on individuals determined to have no nexus to terrorism should be removed from the database to improve the accuracy of the list and to reduce the risk that innocent individuals will be stopped or detained as a result of outdated watchlist records."
So they not only ignored the findings of the Supreme Court , they also ignored the findings of the Inspector General; and why should they care if they are not held responsible? It's not them.

Seems that the OIG found numerous flaws in the TSDB that the FBI controls and recommended better quality control. Yeah, I think we agreed before that members of our families have probably been experimentees for generations. However, I doubt that truth will ever be revealed publicly, but the TSDB has a clear, more recent genesis so it should be easier to track. All I know is they need to AT THE VERY LEAST pay monetary damages for the myriad of biological/medical damages they've caused TIs.

I felt right from the beginning that it should have been 2 separate lawsuits, one for Targeted Individuals, and a separate one for Havana Syndrome victims.

Havana syndrome victims, from what I can gather, suffered *only* from the directed energy weapons attacks. It happened over a certain period of time while the delegates were in Cuba. And although they are still suffering from the adverse after-effects of the DEWs they are not still being attacked (IE i.e the victims always talk about the attacks in the past tense referring to their time in Cuba.
On the other, hand Targeted Individuals are under constant and sustained ongoing attack, In some cases for decades or even a lifetime.
Additionally, as well as being hit with directed energy weapons, TI's are tortured via no-touch torture, they are sleep deprived, electronically raped, suffer poisonings, have their houses broken into frequently and their property damaged. They have their careers and relationships ruined, and so become isolated.
Noise campaigns and smear campaigns are waged against them, and they have to endure daily gang-stalking activities aimed at damaging them psychologically. Some believe they have been implanted with micochips for tracking and other nefarious purposes.

Same they humiliate me and degrade me. I notice many people sigh when I'm around. They get aggressive and annoyed at my presence. I just don't understand how it's possible. I was outside one time and I walked near a tree and a bird in the tree flew away like it was annoyed at me and landed somewhere nearby like it had to get away from me. This happens on the road when I drive. Everyone tries to get away from me. So they must be affecting people around me whoever may be around me. And animals and babies. Seems that the OIG found numerous flaws in the TSDB that the FBI controls and recommended better quality control. I think it’s time that an outside unbiased committee investigate the names on these watch lists and take off all non investigative subjects stat and declassify the names and investigate all the investigative subjects to see if they really are terrorists. Yeah, I think we agreed before that members of our families have probably been experimentees for generations. However, I doubt that truth will ever be revealed publicly, but the TSDB has a clear, more recent genesis so it should be easier to track. Havana syndrome victims, from what I can gather, suffered *only* from the directed energy weapons attacks. It happened over a certain period of time while the delegates were in Cuba. And although they are still suffering from the adverse after-effects of the DEWs they are not still being attacked (IE i.e the victims always talk about the attacks in the past tense referring to their time in Cuba.
On the other, hand Targeted Individuals are under constant and sustained ongoing attack, In some cases for decades or even a lifetime.
Additionally, as well as being hit with directed energy weapons, TI's are tortured via no-touch torture, they are sleep deprived, electronically raped, suffer poisonings, have their houses broken into frequently and their property damaged. They have their careers and relationships ruined, and so become isolated.
Noise campaigns and smear campaigns are waged against them, and they have to endure daily gang-stalking activities aimed at damaging them psychologically. Some believe they have been implanted with micochips for tracking and other nefarious purposes.

Me to state and town I lived in has no records every officer transferred permitted etc I was face to face with the state cop investigation with his chest puffed out all proud saying he is in charge of the investigation, I'm like what investigation I'm here to file a complaint he glanced at my complaint then said he needs more detail 3 copies and NOTORISED. And of course he never responded to take my complaint.but got a double promotion and transferred.
If he started a file with you, he shouldn't be passing you around like that. It's a matter of privacy.
I am curious about a couple of things.
