The DOJ claims our lawsuit is fantastical, but also a matter of National Security.
How can that be?

Docket 60 filed on May 30th -
DOJ claims that, "...matters intimately related to ...national security are rarely proper subjects for judicial intervention" (Docket 60, Page 20)
Our lawsuit involves "sensitive issues of national security and call for disclosure of national security information." (Docket 60, Page 20)
And further - "...this Court should hesitate before wading into matters of foreign affairs." (Docket 60, Page 21)

How can something be fantastical, and yet also be a matter of National Security and foreign affairs?
Clearly, DOJ is admitting that our lawsuit claims are real, not fantastical.
And they are admitting that foreign governments and/or foreign civilians are involved.

The Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) has never been used to stop a terrorist event. Not even one.
There is nothing in the U.S. Constitution that says my rights can be taken away, if “foreign affairs” are involved.

Non-terrorists cannot be placed on a Terrorist list -
- the Supreme Court has already ruled on this issue. (TransUnion v. Ramirez) This is purely a Constitutional issue, not National Security. We have stated this repeatedly - it is called the Mottley Rule.

Website Down - Hacking by the Government criminals:
The Targeted Justice home page was taken down for about 1 1/2 days this weekend. Fortunately, we were able to make a recovery. We are still reviewing the website to determine if other damage was done…
Our computers, cell phones, & electronics continue to be hacked, disrupted, and damaged. The government criminals continue to violate our Attorney-Client privileges, which is a serious Federal crime.

"Other concerns" is as nebulous & ambiguous as one can possibly get. What concerns, like being held responsible for illegal activity? Imagine asking any court proceedings to be dismissed for unenumerated "concerns".

Why pretend the technology doesn't exist? What a desperate & pathetic attempt at a defense.
The only question is if the technology is being used illegally by facets within the government on non-consenting victims & there is already indisputable evidence that they have a history of such illegal activity; namely MK-ULTRA, exposed in 1976.
"Any medical conditions Plaintiffs may actually be suffering from were not caused by Defendants’ conduct." Good, then you can prove it by demonstrating that their names are not on the list & that the two are not connected.
Should an open & shut case, so why try to squirm out of it? Run, disloyal public servants, there is nowhere to hide; much like the defenseless American citizens you cowardly attacked while hiding behind the power of the state & simultaneously lined your pockets with their money. The only word for it is "Treason".
