I live outside of DC and the CIA is clearly marked .. I don't live close to it.. but it is not a secret. I have a good friend who died so I am going through his Estate paperwork and it is really a lot of work and sad; but I am glad that he is at Home w/ his Creator. He was 88 years old, Free of pain.. :) in his spiritual body of light. :) we still haven't had his "final" funeral/celebration of life.. yet. working on that too. best Wishes and prayers.. :)
While It do not condone torture of anyone, including declared spies, I suspect that the residents of there Embassy are of legitimate concern, totally different from TIs. They are probably on the no fly an selectee lists.
