Do what you can to help yourself first. For targeted individuals who are perfectly electrohypersensitive and purified from the seven sins as mentioned by deceased Robert Duncan, they will CORRECTLY be induced by the electromagnetic attacks to its rightful outcome. Meaning they will take the correct exit out of all this and understand in perfection with not a single lapse of error in the mind or thought or soul the commensurability of space-time between the bait events and their symptom events. But this would mean the reaction, onset or alleviation of symptoms needs to be instantaneous in space-time in order for his/her conscious mind to cognitively recognise a correlation effect. For me, that’s the case as I take really good care of my mind, body and spirit in the Lord. So for me it’s easy to be induced and iterated the right outcome with the right intermediary behaviours and responses. For me electromagnetic cues are like my sworn oath, it’s how I exist in space-time and know myself so well.
Shielding is top of the list of protective measures to undertake but it must be done in a very specific way. It must be grounded to earth for sure and if you find that your faraday cage doesn’t give you one bit of relief at the height of the attacks when you run into it to escape and seek comfort then you know it’s not because the shielded material is penetrable to the EMF attacks but that the grounded part of it was not satisfactorily done enough make sense?
I used a yshield cage without grounding at first a long time ago and it worked enough for me before 2023 because I turn off the electricity at home but all of a
sudden in mid 2023 the cage seemed to stop working and lose its shielding effect overnight which surprised me. But being a logical person blessed with nano perfect EHS intelligent sensing capabilities, I also knew that the assumption that the shielding material stopped working was surely schizophrenic. So that’s how I logically proceeded to move on to the next clue and so on and forth, to continue test hypothesis after hypothesis whilst also allowing natural events in space-time from the people and environment around me and even my attackers from CIA and Google and my Lord God to methodically piece together the answers to the puzzle. So then a random car ride into an underground road tunnel build in 1990 miraculously relieved all my symptoms like the magic of David Copperfield except it was totally real and legit. And so I was electromagnetically cued to research the laws of physics of the tunnel structure and understand why I’m getting out of this world relieve in it despite there being other cars and RF antennas in it. I was supposedly reactive to 4g but the 4g antennas inside the tunnel were no more than 10-15 meters from the car on the side of a wall but yet my symptoms magically disappeared the way they did. Being electromagnetically cued yet again I then proceeded logically to understand that the electromagnetic weapons used by CIA and Google had such an injurious albeit temporal effect on me that it totally nullified any symptoms I was supposed to feel from a 4g LTE MIMO antenna that close to me in a car. The illusion created by CIA weapons are so powerful that it’s possible if only for a moment to actually, for the perfectly sensing EHS like me, to seem to not feel RELATIVE harm at all from a far less hostile telecommunications 4g antenna.

I recently just learned that shieleding is terrible. I was so lucky to find out a day before I was going to buy curtains & the person did tell me it was because it absorbs the radiation & traps it & I think he said it then pushed it into the house or something.

Are we targeted? There is evidence from past experiences that would indicate that is a definite possibility. However, other observations added to that indicate our area is being hit, not just me.
Much of our situation is coming from a hell tower that is about 1400 ft from our house on an incline, so it is actually closer if you factor in the angle.
We used to know a line guy who worked throughout our state on industrial and military lines not just hell towers. FIFTEEN years ago at least he told us they were running 5 and 6g already in the general area.
We had no idea of the implications of that at the time. Few were discussing it.
The tower near us was still there but smaller. I am most sensitive and worked from home. I began having some exhaustion now and then and pain or headaches now and then but nothing consistent or intense.
4 or 5 years ago after they put in one of the old digital electric meter a few years previous, the upgrades began. The effects are cumulative on the body. That is why most don't correlate with towers.
Our animals began to die. Neighbor down the road next to the tower home a lot lost the ability to walk. Trees were failing. Parasites were out of control. Bees were disappearing. I began to have issues with severe stiffness and headaches. Everyone was feeling agitated in the house.
My first friend 2 years ahead in symptoms was showing symptoms of radiation sickness. Very health oriented. Dead in 2 months. That friend lived near a series of towers in an area worse than ours.
I prayed for help. I happened to see a place with a guest on who developed remediation for whole house. We got boxes for the house. Immediately, the house was quiet. Agitation was gone. We slept better. I worked hard for 3 months to walk and was doing great
Then they showed up with flatbed trucks and built the tower exponentially. It now was eye level with our house so all baffles/dishes were beaming at us.
Things got brutal. Many of our animals died, bees were almost gone, neighbor got neurological issues and was dead in 7 months. I also was losing ability to walk. We are ultra health oriented. No natural counteracting measures were working.
Every house has 1 case of recurring cancer (not ours) since people are working from home.
We bought many more boxes and remediation for the house. The house was quiet again. I still could not walk well but it was reduced. Sleep wasn't good.
Faraday cloth wrapped like mummy gave me an hour respite.
They upgraded AGAIN. We grounded fish tanks, chairs, beds with covers and bedding. Sleep was much better, but pain not gone. We remediated the entire yard.
Last year bees were back. Animals left have medallions on and are almost normal except for signal blasts. They upgraded again under a year ago. Now it rips through anything faraday.
The measures we took ARE working. They just keep intensifying the tower. Phone reception is worse so we know it's not for phones.
Two notes- lightning struck the tower several times in 5 years. It also struck the backup generator. The whole time almost no pain, energy soared,high optimism, slept like a rock.
When tower went on, it was all back.
Second note- they have put up over 20new windows turbines, 7 towers, and 5 or 6 huge solar farms in a 15 mi radius of us in the last year or two. Wind turbines use signals that go through water and rock for miles just like what is used to summon subs up from ocean. That is most likely contributing to the torment.
Last comment- I thought the remediation wasn't working. I have a fanny pack I wear plus medallions when I go anywhere. Agitation used to be so bad I could barely function,.
With the fanny pack on with extreme remediation I can hear signals, might have stiffness from signals blasts but no agitation. On day I forgot to put it on. 40 min on a trip, I was very agitated and really having reactions. I realized I forgot to put it on.
When I put on the pack, my body powered down so fast I almost went to sleep for 15 minutes (I was passenger). My body readjusted and I felt balanced again.
I say all of this to say that the remediation we have gotten from two reliable sources works, but it is just that the signals are being changed and made worse a lot. What worked with great results isn't enough to counteract the changes the are making.

Since mid 2023 there was a new as yet undetectable set of EMFs that don't seem to belong in the RF or microwave category. Neither sound. There is no RF meter that could measure 'torque or spin' to the waves and so you might be wondering how you could be feeling so ill in the middle of a jungle or white zone when your meter reads 0.0001 and no electricity exists. Well there are still GPS satellites above and although they are so far away and power levels arriving on earth so low but it was never about raw power but about 'torque' and 'spin' which is the quantum field energy or strength of RF or microwave make sense? These GPS satellites are upgraded now or since a few years ago with advanced software or processing ability known as AI. Part of AI is about logging location data so it is no wonder GPS satellites had suddenly became the only culprits possible when you feel so darn ill right smack in the middle of a jungle even inside a faraday cage that is grounded!

Incorrect. Electric fields are scaler waves remember. Direction is not important in electric fields. Now listen to this why did I feel magically relieved inside an underground road tunnel built in 1990 that is made of mesh rebar stainless steel 316 grounded into the soil ? What’s the reason despite there being 4g LTE antennas inside the tunnel and the lights and electricity all turned on? It’s because the faraday cage of the road tunnel was indeed relieving me of an electric field rather than a microwave or RF one right? Was your faraday cage used to be grounded and was there any difference between the cage material and the wire used to ground? For example your cage is made of some combination of cotton and silver and the wire is made of iron or copper or steel etc.
The underground road tunnel I was in that gave me shocking relief was only made of 1 material for the cage as well as the grounding since the 316 stainless steel bars were drilled straight into the earth directly with no additional combination with any other metal. Only a single metal. Not sure if this is the secret to earthing scalar waves aka electric field waves.
Good question here! I already hinted in my above answers what the form or nature of the truth to all these could be. Again the grounding of faraday cages grounds electric fields, never RF, microwaves magnetic fields. And remember the dielectric field between the ionosphere and earth is just an electric field. What do you think then is the reason of a perfectly sound mind entering an SS 316 built tunnel with RF within and also outside feel only perfectly comfortable within and not outside and reproducible with perfect consistency all the time? The SS 316 was coated and covered in concrete slabs which are real thick. All these structures are then grounded surely into the soil in order to be supported and stable. I don’t get any such solace inside trailers, metal containers and shipping containers even with no electricity or RF inside, nor do I get the same in a white zone devoid of all the same. This must be investigated and your opinion is welcomed on this.
Anyone can purchase stainless steel foil and make a small (12"x12"x12") faraday cage. Amazon sells the foil. Ground the faraday cage. Put a Gauss meter inside, that emits sound when triggered. Place it over your head, where the tracking signal goes. If the faraday cage is blocking the scalar wave - then it won't make any sound. Caution - the government criminals can remotely disable the sound feature within minutes.
Double check the gauss meter after the test to insure it is still functioning. It should make sounds over your head, where the tracking signal is pointed.

Year 2023 May/June. I'm in Hong Kong. I got magical relief only and only and only inside a Stainless Steel 316 built underground road tunnel that was ironically peppered with 4G LTE antennas and electricity. I was inside a car that was EMF free so my feet and my body had zero grounding although the steel structures grounded everything for me since they must have been drilled straight into the soil. Above the road tunnel was a free street with tons of cars, people. The car didn't provide me any relief at all otherwise i would have no need to only feel relief when inside the tunnel. I went into another tunnel that was build 15 years apart from the first and I got the same relief but could not guarantee the materials used for that tunnel were also SS 316. I mean I would rather just stick with SS 316 because it's the only thing I know and am confident of. Richard Lighthouse needs to read all my posts here to see if he can replicate an actual faraday shield made only of SS 316 and grounded also by SS316. I'm just scared it was something else in the tunnels that caused relief and not the SS 316 cage grounded.
SS 316, SS 304 are all known as 'divine' materials because their lifespan is, if conditions allow, very long or infinite. It's not your crappy fabric shields or paints from YSHIELD. It's hard solid metal with special infusion with other elemental metals.

The grounding has to be done first from what I understand, & only a intelligent electrician would know how to do that & from what I learned, you have to do it every so often because it stops being grounded.

I had heard a few weeks ago that maybe my old Panasonic landline phone has a lot of something coming from it & I said no way, because I always have the cordless headset drained & not running in a box, but I think because the handsets work with the base, the base is STILL emitting TONS of electricity.
I am NOT happy about this and now have to try and find a phone that has speaker, nice buttons, display, etc. & doesn't do that. I'm sure there's hardly any choice in landline phones these days & most will have toxic wifi and BT in it.

Very super important as a targeted individual, this is what Edward Snowden did although the isn’t electrohypersensitive but they surely wanted his life:
1) use only proton emails, there is no other email provider in this world that is as advanced or more advanced than Google’s Gmail and Microsoft’s outlook. Use a paid subscription as this would give you access to maximum protection from all the advanced features. As a targeted individual by Google/CIA (Google=CIA) btw) your IP address is how they first ensnare you for life. Not sure if Robert Duncan knew this though. Proton emails hide and protect your IP address from everybody. It can’t be hacked.
2) the best hackers of data and data privacy come from Google/CIA if that’s not already
obvious enough. So do not use or purchase any SIM card or phone number. Follow what Snowden did, your communications must be only on APPS but not WhatsApp or telegram. SIGNAL rather! This app although is based in the US is the only app not affiliated with the US government and allows you to hide your phone number. The downside is that you need a phone number but that’s probably the only use of a phone number you will need for.
3) if you really need to purchase a phone number, purchase one that doesn’t need your ID to be registered. For TIs this cannot be highlighted enough.
4) delete social media accounts except X. Facebook Instagram WhatsApp Messenger ( for Facebook) TikTok you really only need SIGNAL and PROTON email for everything.
5) Delete all gmail accounts although outlook is still safe to keep for now as it’s subscription based. Free emails are BS and huge scams.
6) use only wifi networks even at the expense of your EHS symptoms wherever you go since you don’t use a registered SIM card and if it’s also not possible mostly to get one without registration. If it’s urgent to use the internet you have no choice but to use a wifi network. It’s nowhere nearly as injurious as CIA/Google’s EMF weapons if you keep enough distance from the router
Privacy is extremely important for the health regeneration of the TI or electrohypersensitive TI.
An email service proclaiming to be more secure than others is perfect cover for intel agencies to get access to information people don't want them to have & in the end, how do you know how secure they really are? What perfect timing for the government to no longer respect your right t0 privacy because of "terrorism" now that most communication has gone digital, almost as if it was planned that way.

Yes of course if the end device is compromised by key logger then its futile. But it’s much harder to have such a vulnerability than using gmail directly and have all your email messages seen in broad daylight. Agree Wi-Fi is still non thermal RF exposure but my point is that if you are a wanted man like Snowden and you need to use the internet and there is no such thing as 100% anonymity, then Wi-Fi networks on protonvpn is still the lesser of 2 evils compared to 4g LTE services where your identity is registered before getting a SIM card. Your symptoms will ebb and flow perfectly in space and time with the exact type of behaviour, actions and habits you display online on social media or wherever and you will be effortlessly remotely hinted that your actions and speeches are being stalked and the attendant torture and harassment correspond in space and time in perfect synchronicity with the same. There is not even panic but awe and wonder even as you are indeed suffering in pain. Do what you can to help yourself first. For targeted individuals who are perfectly electrohypersensitive and purified from the seven sins as mentioned by deceased Robert Duncan, they will CORRECTLY be induced by the electromagnetic attacks to its rightful outcome. Meaning they will take the correct exit out of all this and understand in perfection with not a single lapse of error in the mind or thought or soul the commensurability of space-time between the bait events and their symptom events. But this would mean the reaction, onset or alleviation of symptoms needs to be instantaneous in space-time in order for his/her conscious mind to cognitively recognise a correlation effect. For me, that’s the case as I take really good care of my mind, body and spirit in the Lord. So for me it’s easy to be induced and iterated the right outcome with the right intermediary behaviours and responses. For me electromagnetic cues are like my sworn oath, it’s how I exist in space-time and know myself so well.
Shielding is top of the list of protective measures to undertake but it must be done in a very specific way. It must be grounded to earth for sure and if you find that your faraday cage doesn’t give you one bit of relief at the height of the attacks when you run into it to escape and seek comfort then you know it’s not because the shielded material is penetrable to the EMF attacks but that the grounded part of it was not satisfactorily done enough make sense?
I used a yshield cage without grounding at first a long time ago and it worked enough for me before 2023 because I turn off the electricity at home but all of a
sudden in mid 2023 the cage seemed to stop working and lose its shielding effect overnight which surprised me. But being a logical person blessed with nano perfect EHS intelligent sensing capabilities, I also knew that the assumption that the shielding material stopped working was surely schizophrenic. So that’s how I logically proceeded to move on to the next clue and so on and forth, to continue test hypothesis after hypothesis whilst also allowing natural events in space-time from the people and environment around me and even my attackers from CIA and Google and my Lord God to methodically piece together the answers to the puzzle. So then a random car ride into an underground road tunnel build in 1990 miraculously relieved all my symptoms like the magic of David Copperfield except it was totally real and legit. And so I was electromagnetically cued to research the laws of physics of the tunnel structure and understand why I’m getting out of this world relieve in it despite there being other cars and RF antennas in it. I was supposedly reactive to 4g but the 4g antennas inside the tunnel were no more than 10-15 meters from the car on the side of a wall but yet my symptoms magically disappeared the way they did. Being electromagnetically cued yet again I then proceeded logically to understand that the electromagnetic weapons used by CIA and Google had such an injurious albeit temporal effect on me that it totally nullified any symptoms I was supposed to feel from a 4g LTE MIMO antenna that close to me in a car. The illusion created by CIA weapons are so powerful that it’s possible if only for a moment to actually, for the perfectly sensing EHS like me, to seem to not feel RELATIVE harm at all from a far less hostile telecommunications 4g antenna.

Not for nothing, but here are my observations;
Are we targeted? There is evidence from past experiences that would indicate that is a definite possibility. However, other observations added to that indicate our area is being hit, not just me.
Much of our situation is coming from a hell tower that is about 1400 ft from our house on an incline, so it is actually closer if you factor in the angle.
We used to know a line guy who worked throughout our state on industrial and military lines not just hell towers. FIFTEEN years ago at least he told us they were running 5 and 6g already in the general area.
We had no idea of the implications of that at the time. Few were discussing it.
The tower near us was still there but smaller. I am most sensitive and worked from home. I began having some exhaustion now and then and pain or headaches now and then but nothing consistent or intense.
4 or 5 years ago after they put in one of the old digital electric meter a few years previous, the upgrades began. The effects are cumulative on the body. That is why most don't correlate with towers.
Our animals began to die. Neighbor down the road next to the tower home a lot lost the ability to walk. Trees were failing. Parasites were out of control. Bees were disappearing. I began to have issues with severe stiffness and headaches. Everyone was feeling agitated in the house.
My first friend 2 years ahead in symptoms was showing symptoms of radiation sickness. Very health oriented. Dead in 2 months. That friend lived near a series of towers in an area worse than ours.
I prayed for help. I happened to see a place with a guest on who developed remediation for whole house. We got boxes for the house. Immediately, the house was quiet. Agitation was gone. We slept better. I worked hard for 3 months to walk and was doing great
Then they showed up with flatbed trucks and built the tower exponentially. It now was eye level with our house so all baffles/dishes were beaming at us.
Things got brutal. Many of our animals died, bees were almost gone, neighbor got neurological issues and was dead in 7 months. I also was losing ability to walk. We are ultra health oriented. No natural counteracting measures were working.
Every house has 1 case of recurring cancer (not ours) since people are working from home.
We bought many more boxes and remediation for the house. The house was quiet again. I still could not walk well but it was reduced. Sleep wasn't good.
Faraday cloth wrapped like mummy gave me an hour respite.
They upgraded AGAIN. We grounded fish tanks, chairs, beds with covers and bedding. Sleep was much better, but pain not gone. We remediated the entire yard.
Last year bees were back. Animals left have medallions on and are almost normal except for signal blasts. They upgraded again under a year ago. Now it rips through anything faraday.
The measures we took ARE working. They just keep intensifying the tower. Phone reception is worse so we know it's not for phones.
Two notes- lightning struck the tower several times in 5 years. It also struck the backup generator. The whole time almost no pain, energy soared,high optimism, slept like a rock.
When tower went on, it was all back.
Second note- they have put up over 20new windows turbines, 7 towers, and 5 or 6 huge solar farms in a 15 mi radius of us in the last year or two. Wind turbines use signals that go through water and rock for miles just like what is used to summon subs up from ocean. That is most likely contributing to the torment.
Last comment- I thought the remediation wasn't working. I have a fanny pack I wear plus medallions when I go anywhere. Agitation used to be so bad I could barely function,.
With the fanny pack on with extreme remediation I can hear signals, might have stiffness from signals blasts but no agitation. On day I forgot to put it on. 40 min on a trip, I was very agitated and really having reactions. I realized I forgot to put it on.
When I put on the pack, my body powered down so fast I almost went to sleep for 15 minutes (I was passenger). My body readjusted and I felt balanced again.
I say all of this to say that the remediation we have gotten from two reliable sources works, but it is just that the signals are being changed and made worse a lot. What worked with great results isn't enough to counteract the changes the are making.

Since mid 2023 there was a new as yet undetectable set of EMFs that don't seem to belong in the RF or microwave category. Neither sound. These 'churning' doesn't add raw power density or power levels to the waves since these are always governed by hardware and distance but they add 'torque or spin' to the waves so to speak. There is no RF meter that could measure 'torque or spin' to the waves and so you might be wondering how you could be feeling so ill in the middle of a jungle or white zone when your meter reads 0.0001 and no electricity exists. Well there are still GPS satellites above and although they are so far away and power levels arriving on earth so low but it was never about raw power but about 'torque' and 'spin' which is the quantum field energy or strength of RF or microwave make sense? These GPS satellites are upgraded now or since a few years ago with advanced software or processing ability known as AI. Part of AI is about logging location data so it is no wonder GPS satellites had suddenly became the only culprits possible when you feel so darn ill right smack in the middle of a jungle even inside a faraday cage that is grounded!
Make sense now? It's quantum spin or torque folks. Targeted individuals are not really specifically targeted but rather INCIDENTALLY targeted by a fortuitous set of naturally already well suited circumstances on both sides. I fully empathise and I know it’s a hit and miss for many but still
never give up hope on these things. It has helped me dampen the effects of targeting and as Robert Duncan says it’s not 100%. I would give it 50% and I’ll take that! The reason why there are so many scams out there in this regard is because the people doing this trade have no idea of the laws of physics as applied to harmonising or counteracting ‘bad energy’ and ‘bad vortices’. Now listen to this why did I feel magically relieved inside an underground road tunnel built in 1990 that is made of mesh rebar stainless steel 316 grounded into the soil ? Was your faraday cage used to be grounded and was there any difference between the cage material and the wire used to ground? For example your cage is made of some combination of cotton and silver and the wire is made of iron or copper or steel etc.
The underground road tunnel I was in that gave me shocking relief was only made of 1 material for the cage as well as the grounding since the 316 stainless steel bars were drilled straight into the earth directly with no additional combination with any other metal. Only a single metal. Not sure if this is the secret to earthing scalar waves aka electric field waves.
Any material that conducts electricity can be used for grounding. Again, if you studied engineering at a credible university, you would know that.

Good question here! I already hinted in my above answers what the form or nature of the truth to all these could be. Again the grounding of faraday cages grounds electric fields, never RF, microwaves magnetic fields. And remember the dielectric field between the ionosphere and earth is just an electric field. Dielectric field= electric field, they mean the same thing.
From my experience if I could obtain shocking out of this world relief in only 1 second or less when my EMF free car enters a stainless steel 316 underground road tunnel despite there being multiple 4g antennas enclosed and spaced evenly throughout the tunnel length and with the lights and electricity all turned on, and shocking pain the second I exit the tunnel which I have been in for only 2 minutes of travel time, and reproduced beautifully and perfectly every time I have to use the tunnel for my travels, pardon me when I say truly that it is possible that there probably wasn’t ever non-thermal health effects of RF ever, it merely an illusion to cover for real effects of something else such as the CIA delicately agitating and pulsing the ionosphere with RF transmitters such as from HAARP which then agitated the dielectric field of the earth under that part of the ionosphere which then agitated all the human beings animals
and plants that are bathed in that part of the dielectric field and caused them illness death and torture etc.
I might hate to say this but we might all have been taken on a wild goose chase with non thermal RF because based on my shocking and very highly precise EHS sensing capabilities, they can do sweet nothing to hurt me if and only if the earth’s electric field and hence my electric field which is synced always to the former is untouched and unspoiled by the CIA!!
I have taken walks on the streets in the city with zero protection over my head and torso and with a 5g antenna just 20 meters above me and could actually experience zero instantaneous and delayed pain and symptoms but I could take a walk in a legit jungle with legit zero reading on my RF meter but yet be experiencing the worst symptoms imaginable like in Hitler’s torture camps. More nonsense. There is nothing magical about stainless steel. It is also not a very good conductor. But if you studied engineering at a credible university - you would know that.
What do you think then is the reason of a perfectly sound mind entering an SS 316 built tunnel with RF within and also outside feel only perfectly comfortable within and not outside and reproducible with perfect consistency all the time? The SS 316 was coated and covered in concrete slabs which are real thick. All these structures are then grounded surely into the soil in order to be supported and stable. I don’t get any such solace inside trailers, metal containers and shipping containers even with no electricity or RF inside, nor do I get the same in a white zone devoid of all the same. This must be investigated and your opinion is welcomed on this.
Test it.
Anyone can purchase stainless steel foil and make a small (12"x12"x12") faraday cage. Amazon sells the foil. Ground the faraday cage. Put a Gauss meter inside, that emits sound when triggered. Place it over your head, where the tracking signal goes. If the faraday cage is blocking the scalar wave - then it won't make any sound. Caution - the government criminals can remotely disable the sound feature within minutes.
Double check the gauss meter after the test to insure it is still functioning. It should make sounds over your head, where the tracking signal is pointed.

Year 2023 May/June. I'm in Hong Kong. I got magical relief only and only and only inside a Stainless Steel 316 built underground road tunnel that was ironically peppered with 4G LTE antennas and electricity. I was inside a car that was EMF free so my feet and my body had zero grounding although the steel structures grounded everything for me since they must have been drilled straight into the soil. Above the road tunnel was a free street with tons of cars, people. The car didn't provide me any relief at all otherwise i would have no need to only feel relief when inside the tunnel. I went into another tunnel that was build 15 years apart from the first and I got the same relief but could not guarantee the materials used for that tunnel were also SS 316. I mean I would rather just stick with SS 316 because it's the only thing I know and am confident of. Richard Lighthouse needs to read all my posts here to see if he can replicate an actual faraday shield made only of SS 316 and grounded also by SS316. I'm just scared it was something else in the tunnels that caused relief and not the SS 316 cage grounded.
SS 316, SS 304 are all known as 'divine' materials because their lifespan is, if conditions allow, very long or infinite. It's not your crappy fabric shields or paints from YSHIELD. It's hard solid metal with special infusion with other elemental metals.

The grounding has to be done first from what I understand, & only a intelligent electrician would know how to do that & from what I learned, you have to do it every so often because it stops being grounded.
I got my grounding meter. $10. You plug it in and it will tell you right away if your outlet is grounded.

I had heard a few weeks ago that maybe my old Panasonic landline phone has a lot of something coming from it & I said no way, because I always have the cordless headset drained & not running in a box, but I think because the handsets work with the base, the base is STILL emitting TONS of electricity.
I am NOT happy about this and now have to try and find a phone that has speaker, nice buttons, display, etc. & doesn't do that. I'm sure there's hardly any choice in landline phones these days & most will have toxic wifi and BT in it.

Agree. I sympathise because I’m one of them and I’m not even American. I’m an international targeted individual because I love talking and advocating for EMF issues and that placed me under a radar I suppose. And all of a sudden I woke up 1 day in mid 2023 to find out I suffer from symptoms so impossibly intense and rightly suicidal for most lesser mortals that also didn’t go away nor even decrease with distance away from RF antennas inside the jungle. Very super important as a targeted individual, this is what Edward Snowden did although the isn’t electrohypersensitive but they surely wanted his life:
1) use only proton emails, there is no other email provider in this world that is as advanced or more advanced than Google’s Gmail and Microsoft’s outlook. Use a paid subscription as this would give you access to maximum protection from all the advanced features. As a targeted individual by Google/CIA (Google=CIA) btw) your IP address is how they first ensnare you for life. Not sure if Robert Duncan knew this though. Proton emails hide and protect your IP address from everybody. It can’t be hacked.
2) the best hackers of data and data privacy come from Google/CIA if that’s not already
obvious enough. So do not use or purchase any SIM card or phone number. Follow what Snowden did, your communications must be only on APPS but not WhatsApp or telegram. SIGNAL rather! This app although is based in the US is the only app not affiliated with the US government and allows you to hide your phone number. The downside is that you need a phone number but that’s probably the only use of a phone number you will need for.
3) if you really need to purchase a phone number, purchase one that doesn’t need your ID to be registered. For TIs this cannot be highlighted enough.
4) delete social media accounts except X. Facebook Instagram WhatsApp Messenger ( for Facebook) TikTok you really only need SIGNAL and PROTON email for everything.
5) Delete all gmail accounts although outlook is still safe to keep for now as it’s subscription based. Free emails are BS and huge scams.
6) use only wifi networks even at the expense of your EHS symptoms wherever you go since you don’t use a registered SIM card and if it’s also not possible mostly to get one without registration. If it’s urgent to use the internet you have no choice but to use a wifi network. It’s nowhere nearly as injurious as CIA/Google’s EMF weapons if you keep enough distance from the router
Privacy is extremely important for the health regeneration of the TI or electrohypersensitive TI.
I hate to break the news, but I believe proton is compromised. I know, because I am a victim of the manipulation of my proton email. And they know.
An email service proclaiming to be more secure than others is perfect cover for intel agencies to get access to information people don't want them to have & in the end, how do you know how secure they really are? What perfect timing for the government to no longer respect your right t0 privacy because of "terrorism" now that most communication has gone digital, almost as if it was planned that way.
I don't want to get in the habit of thinking my communications are private only to discover they never were in the first place. For this reason, I use Gmail intentionally. What do I care? All I ever talk about is government corruption anyway, if they want to spy on that, they're welcome to. It's the same message I've been trying to get out to the world for the past 22 years. I'm not the one breaking the law, they are, just like they are breaking the law by allowing illegal immigration to enter into the country. Who knows, maybe they'll learn something. If they think this is how governments should be run, they have a lot to learn.

It’s in their tone, their demeanour, and in all their posts and articles where they mention their own vulnerabilities and tell you even where they can’t be totally perfect. The NSA hacks your protonmail communications by using a key stroke logger on your phone or laptop. They know your message content, even before you hit the SEND button. They don't need to hack protonmail.

Yes of course if the end device is compromised by key logger then its futile. But it’s much harder to have such a vulnerability than using gmail directly and have all your email messages seen in broad daylight. The moment you click any link from an email message you will be tracked instantly through what is known as ‘referring website’. Agree Wi-Fi is still non thermal RF exposure but my point is that if you are a wanted man like Snowden and you need to use the internet and there is no such thing as 100% anonymity, then Wi-Fi networks on protonvpn is still the lesser of 2 evils compared to 4g LTE services where your identity is registered before getting a SIM card. Otherwise the alternative would be very costly which is to change a new sim and new phone for every new phone call you make. So we do away with the sim and use internet based apps for all communication including calling. It’s far easier for Google to track you using using mobile telecommunication systems than private or even public Wi-Fi networks. iPhones are so much more private on Wi-Fi than android phones as they can hide your MAC address all the time.

Noted. I’m actually quite ok with certain older generation Wi-Fi systems such as the AC protocol at a certain distance away from it and in a certain cumulative pollutant environment. Nothing new. Strangely I began feeling the attacks on my EHS in an absolutely global and inescapable manner from April 2023 onwards which is around the time the FOIA request to the CIA was made. I don’t live in the USA but in Asia so it seems 2023 was the year CIA brokered an international agreement with overseas nations to expand its targeted individual program. It’s so easy to be targeted or inducted into the program. They just need you to have a mobile phone, a laptop or an IP address. Gmails and Facebook accounts are primary grounds for scouting IP addresses in the first instance. Then from there you are like w pig to the slaughter house. Your behaviour and information is programmed into an artificial intelligence robot at Google DeepMind without your knowledge. But if you are keenly electrohypersensitive you are blessed in a way because you possess the only way on earth to disarray their robots and targeting plans. Your symptoms will ebb and flow perfectly in space and time with the exact type of behaviour, actions and habits you display online on social media or wherever and you will be effortlessly remotely hinted that your actions and speeches are being stalked and the attendant torture and harassment correspond in space and time in perfect synchronicity with the same. There is not even panic but awe and wonder even as you are indeed suffering in pain. To such an individual the targeting program can never defeat because they are just too spiritually gifted or out of this world. The pain is real, they are disabled and can’t earn their own keeps but mentally it’s just a little scratch of the surface for them.
I can attest that the weapon of attack is 100% electromagnetic only, and not sound base. It doesn’t seem all that directed energy at all because it seems the whole earth is pulsed just for a few targeted individuals like me which means bystanders also get caught in the line of fire type of scenario make sense? I live in Scottsdale AZ on Scottsdale Mountain and my home is in a guard gated community. It’s basically a glass house. I’m getting attacked day and night. For example, if you drive then you will want to know every nitty gritty detail of the road conditions, turns, blind spots, scenery, obstacles and buildings and topology at the back of your head like a subconscious dream so that you can reserve that very last ounce of conscious energy for an act of God type of disaster like a bolder falling off the side of a cliff through which you are driving and your ability to detect and sense that to avoid it at the last second and save your life.
