Well, the first thing I do is research until I know what my test results say. I think maybe it's easier for me because I graduated from nursing school, but advocating for myself has been my biggest help. Remember, try as anyone might, no one can argue facts. If not for that, after 9 months of my health issues, i'd still be waiting on my internist to refer me to a neurologist & all the other specialists I made appointments with on my own. In my case Neurology covered it all. Use Ai if you have to & make notes in a designated health notebook.

As an ex social worker I have personally visited and spoke to the administrations of homeless shelters and methadone clinics here in Cleveland Oh. There is a mass behavior modification experiment being used on homeless and addicts in all stages of recovery! I've received some validation and I've been shut down by others. I have met about 14 other targets that I can call real T. I's. I know who the government contractor is. His Facebook profile says "community problem solved"! He was trained by the now defunct Blackwater Security that was responsible for training these contractors how to run the programming! He also holds a seat on the Cleveland PD swat team! So that tells you how deep this runs! Remember don't wait for anyone else you can make a huge difference by yourself!!
I am informing/edicating so many more people because I have learned a great deal about my own program, which has made me part of the Resistance, instead of waiting for others to do all the work. However, I miss my old friends and normalcy. I'm not isolated, just longing/hoping our freedom is in the near future.

I agree with TJ. When I first realized I was being targeted I searched the Internet for answers. I found TJ to be the most informative and credible website on the subject. Since then I have joined a couple of so called support groups on Facebook. What I have learned from these groups is their are a lot of ill informed people out there. I do know that the government criminals post a lot of misinformation as well. You have to be diligent in your research or you will be tricked into believing false information. I have read a lot of posts from people who claim to know how to get out of targeting and come across as an expert. Beware of these people. Be safe. Stay strong. Live your life to the fullest in spite of your targeting.
Well I have LOTS of video proof that they are using drones that I can only catch on my thermal camera (which is why I believe the sky stays hazy with fake clouds to hide them) and haven't seen ANYTHING written about that! I confirm Tina’s statements. I am a targeted individual from Côte d'Ivoire in West Africa and my torturers use me for climate manipulation and others. From move to move, they stick me with neighbors who are equipped with very powerful computers that can act on the climate, it is precisely these neighbors who not only film with drones but also use them as relays to send electromagnetic waves and others in order to power their business 24/24 and 7/7. Satellites certainly act but they vary their means I suggest you to look more closely at the case of Tina and to get closer to her. This is the case for TIs from China or from anywhere in the world.
Yesterday I heard unusual drone sounds in the ceiling, then, I had pain that bedridden, I suffered atrociously all night and morning. The activity around my harassment consists of overflights of planes and helicopters, I noticed that before their passage, I hear drone noises and my pains intensify until the planes pass. I think that Targeted Justice, which does an excellent volunteer work and which constitutes a family and support for the TIs in a world where we care little about each other, will know how to manage this situation. What I was also able to read in their response is that in a legal procedure, the explanation of drones might not pass. Indeed, our torturers are those who receive our complaints and will refuse to recognize the reality. Targeted Justice works to thwart these traps by creating complaint templates. This does not prevent us from keeping the details of our evidence and talking about it not only for future recognition but also to allow those thousands of victims around the world who are unaware that they are, to find themselves in each of our cases.
When you talked about the clouds they used to hide the drones, I remembered my case where they generate enough clouds to hide the overflights because they know I’m filming. In the case of planes, we can hear the noises, so sometimes I film anyway and I comment by saying overflight hidden by clouds.

They do use an unbelievable amount/array of people to do their harassment & stalking, for sure. It baffles my mind the enormity of this harassment program. And they have no qualms letting you know they're there. The security agency my employers (i'm currently on LT disability) use within the company & in the gated parking lot knows no bounds. They also go through your vehicles, into your cell phones which are inside your locker or lunch bag, & watch you on cameras, & easily use the " good ole network" to do everything to harass all day & set you up. I managed to do 5 incredibly rough years of employment with them since I found out about these ti programs. 1 supervisor out of the blue told me in passing that he was surprised I was still there. You must be extra aware to know when to be happily & willingly oblivious, but it obviously catches up eventually. The chronic stress is unrelenting & DO KNOW that STRESS REALLY DOES KILL
