I am having trouble with my eyes constantly tearing up. Coincidentally it only happens when I have a pending legal issue that I am dealing with. It's like, if I challenge the legal issue with a petition or order, no soon after, my eyes starting tearing up, especially while I am at work on the computer. I can not make this up. Last November, the order was pending and ended up being in favor of the respondent, as soon as I file another order, my eyes have begun to tear up constantly.
