I've got an affidavit on a USB drive I have,but since I sent it to another person for another lawsuit, the one that was notarized I don't have. Does it need to be notarized. I am in the process of trying to have the person I sent mine to make pics of the signed and notarized hard copy I sent her but she may not have it no more since she has to send it off to the guy who has another lawsuit. If so I have it saved I could just try to do something with it that way, but I don't have a scanner. so???
I could mail it to an actual address is that would would once I got it resigned and re-notarized?

I can go and re-print it out and the page they need to sign at the bank like they already did last week or so, but not sure I want to go through all that again.

you can buy from Yetsy Affidavit Template abt $5 and have your bank notarize it for free as their client.
