I went to Dr. Hoffer in Miami and had several tests including the one above. He claims that if you have not been to Havana you can not have Havana Syndrome. He stuck a sharp instrument into both of my ear canals claiming he was trying to remove ear wax. Everyone knows you never put anything sharp into the ear. I have had ear wax removed before and they flush it out, they don't dig it out. He had a sinister looking person standing at the door during the entire exam. He seemed nervous and unwilling to discuss my symptoms that align perfectly with Havana Syndrome symptoms. Spending money to go to the U of Miami to see Dr. Hoffer is a complete waste of time and money. He won't help you.
For Dr. Hoffer, I am just now starting to see him and if someone goes to the healthcare marketplace and gets insured it will be less expensive (few hundred dollars) to see him. The prices you listed are accurate. It's the affordable healthcare care act and pays for your monthly insurance and premium if you qualify. The range for coverage for about $500/mo is $15k to $50k a year.
I used Atnea CVS Healthcare silver plan and had video recording of people talking about using frequency signals to attack me while pointing at me and calling me a hostage in multiple places before Havana Syndrome came out. This includes 911 recordings.
Are you paying for these exorbitantly priced tests? And what will having Havana syndrome prove? Is the government paying compensation to everyone with Havana Syndrome?
I live in the UK, is there any where I can go to have these tests done in this country. I have been watching videos and reading as much as possible trying to work out how to get this to stop with no avail. Please help me.

Hi Ana, Thank you for your interest in my experience with Dr. Hoffer. I just listened to the interview of Dr. Len Ber and Dr. Len did a wonderful job. I think perhaps Dr. Hoffer took Dr. Len's experience more seriously than he took my complaints and that is unfortunate as I am a 2nd generation victim of these technologies. My poor dad suffered for 60+ years and no one took him seriously either, not even me, until it happened to me; only then did I get it.
Regarding Dr Howard Mango at the Balance Center in Newport Beach, California .
Has anyone seen this doctor ? I am very curious and would be willing to see him but first I need feedback. I would be going out of network at my expense.
I am so sorry to hear how they exploited you Jennifer. It is so wrong and so unethical. I wish I knew what doctors we could trust to help us, but so far the only help I have gotten has been from God. He has been my source of care. Both my primary care doc and Dr. Hoffer have both refused to give me the MRI I have requested.
I'm sorry to hear that it's worse in the UK but not surprised as it's part of the five eyes, right? At this point, I think the capabilities and complicity is pretty much global, which means that at the very least, we should be able to publicly get confirmation of our names on these lists as they are admittedly not classified and shared with over 1,000 orgs, agencies & private companies. If the FBI can publicly release the No-Fly listees & they are presumably the most "dangerous" on the TSDB, then why aren't names on the "non-investigative subjects" list released publicly? That shows they are hiding that list for an unspoken reason. Why does a court order have to happen to release info already widely shared that's not classified?
