I always feel uneasy and, to be honest, quite annoyed when I see that we 'Targeted individuals' are being lumped-in with Havana Syndrome victims, as if we are one and the same. Whilst I have complete sympathy for what Havana Syndrome victims have experienced, this conflating of the two separate crimes does nothing to highlight the fact that IN ADDITION to being hit with Directed Energy Weapons, TI's are also TORTURED, SLEEP-DEPRIVED and in many cases ELECTRONICALLY RA^ED. Our lives and relationships are systematically and completely decimated until we no longer have a life anymore.
As far as I know, the crimes committed against Havana Syndrome victims all happened at a time in the (recent) past, and victims are still suffering from the after-effects. That is unfortunate. All the crimes being committed against 'Targeted Individuals' are ongoing NOW and typically happen for years, even decades, in some cases for a whole lifetime.
Personally, as a victim of the evil 'Targeting Program' for the last 14 years, and suffering on a daily and nightly basis from 'No-touch torture', sleep deprivation, regular home invasions, 24/7/365 surveillance, frequent daily and nightly hits with DEWs, etc, etc I do NOT see this new lawsuit where TI's are being compared in the same category as Havana Syndrome victims as very helpful ☹️.

If you actually did any research, you would find that many State Dept employees that were diagnosed with Havana Syndrome, also experience on-going attacks, including stalking, DEW attacks and V2K.
They were put into the same TI program that you are in. It is truly sad that some TI’s refuse to read our newsletters and learn about what is happening…
I have watched several videos of Havana Syndrome victims telling their stories, and not once did I hear any of them say they were suffering ongoing DEW attacks, torture, stalking, or V2K. ALL they have talked about in the various videos I've watched are the attacks that happened while they were in Cuba (hence the label 'Havana Syndrome' victims), and they describe the after-effects they are still suffering following those historical attacks.
In other words, I based my information on what I'd heard directly from the Havana Syndrome victims themselves.
How am I supposed to know that I was watching State controlled videos...

Im a victim of this program. I get V2K AND Frequency assault 24/7. Anytime I leave my apartment 15 pairs of eyes are on me. They have blacklisted me in this West Texas City where I can't find work, not even flipping burgers. It's a very stressful, nerve-racking evil hate crime.

They should have filed against the U.S. military that included a cease and desist order against any and all forms of harassment, stalking, surveillance, illegal under the U.S. Constitution, and Geneva convention and for compensation minimum $1M each occurrence. It should be a class action.
Okay, thanks. But the issue is we are already being monitored when we go to the doctor and they claim that our symptoms are anxiety and depression. In fact, they want us to go to the doctor so they can secretly monitor whether or not they're kill and disable programs are working. Why else would they be paying for Medicaid? I love how you say to keep everything short and yet this complaint is 110 pages? Lol I believe suing that NIH is in the right direction especially since they sent that so called Doctor to the MK Ultra hearings mainly because they don't want to lose their funding of their harassment programs. Discovery questions need to be asked are how much NIH has poured into these gangstocking and Torture campaigns, who is working with the U.S. military and to disclose all other unknown parties funding and profiting from this abuse.
