In my life I see all of us together stronger than any community, for we know how to respect and appreciate the people in our future! Those whom have harmed us will be the descendents for our future! I believe this is not a class-action suit. Anna Toledo said that if (when) they win this lawsuit it will enable more lawsuits to happen. In fact she said that the lawyers will be seeking these cases.
That's interesting about other suits won in court without stopping for the community. I have thought of that terrible scenario. Like you said that there needs to be prosecutions.
