Hi my name is Bobby Cummings and I could donate a lots of money to help the cause, and I mean a lot of money, but I need some assistance on how to go about a law suite with a wrongful death/murder of my father and an attempt murder on myself. These two crimes (via V2K) occured the exact same night The weapon was sleep deprivation and tormented for 3 days straight, until my father & I committed suicide on 03/15/2019 on the same night. She splits up with Dave Britt and I start to see her to find out what the craziness was all about. Dave goes and stays with the Sheriff Chris Angle who also has two sons Brandon Angle and the other in another jurisdiction. I have Holly a candle light dinner hoping she would tell me something and nothing so I asked her if she had had a white lazy boy chair before and she said yes and went on to tell me how she got rid of it. I replied Holly how do I know you had a white lazy boy chair if I had never been in your house. They drugged me and then hipmotized me. During an interrogation I was being asked questions and my conscious wasnt there to lie and I came up out of hipmotized because I was being bombarded with a certain question asked in different ways very aggressively. So every night as I lay in bed in what usually amounts to a vain attempt to fall asleep, I hear people talking in hushed tones, music playing just low enough that I can't make out the tunes, and from time to time I hear people walking up in my attic. I can deal with all of that - however - one morning as i came home from work, I saw my side door being pushed slightly open. This is something that the wife usually does when she hears me pull up. So I exit my car and walk into the kitchen only to find that the coffee pot is unmoved from it's resting place - meaning she hasn't started her morning java ritual. I call out and get no response, so I walk down the hall only to find her fast asleep still in bed. Uh-oh..So who opened the side door?
I know that I haven't been a good person most of my life.. I have hurt people, cheated people, and done some pretty bad things in my sixty three years of walking this earth.. so maybe I DO deserve some grief... but this is against the proverbial rules and I am tired of it...

Because it will if you lay down your free will to it. Nano and neural technologies work to take over your abilities to control your impulses - its "socially engineering" you into situations based on "predictive programming". Stop feeding the AI. You cant defeat something built on the principles of "hyper game theory." Stop reacting to it. Go neutral. Stay safe. Always remember "asset stripping" a target is part of "the program". Hi my name is Bobby Cummings and I could donate a lots of money to help the cause, and I mean a lot of money, but I need some assistance on how to go about a law suite with a wrongful death/murder of my father and an attempt murder on myself. These two crimes (via V2K) occured the exact same night The weapon was sleep deprivation and tormented for 3 days straight, until my father & I committed suicide on 03/15/2019 on the same night. My father and I hadn't seen nor talked to each other in over 8 years. On that night I had been cheered to hang myself on the rope that crushed my Adams apple. Silent took over and I barely made it through it all, just for the voices to emediately start tormenting me again. Two days later I gat a call telling me to go to my Dad's apartment. Upon arrival and in the mist of confusion I investigated the neighbors and my father was being tormented by the neighbors messing with him. Same thing I was experiencing. In his apartment was a calender that was marked off just the night before. Vomit was inside a samwhich bag & opened, setting in the garbage can, under a ripped up 12 pack cardboard box. A Cindy Martinez supposably tryed to revive him on a Friday night only to show up Monday morning, with a pink slip just signed over for his vehicle, a letter stating everything was hers in that was inside the residents, and a life insurance policy signed over to her from back in 2017. The year V2K started with me personally. I had gotten a Notary number that revealed a Sharon Woodward. I spoke with her in person, to no avail. She had a Notary but she didnt know where it was. By the looks of it, she had retired long before 2017. He was found in his computer chair, body leaned over his garbage can, but Cindy had attempted CPR on Friday, he would of been on his back. Pills were spread out everywhere and a 12 pack of empty beer bottles litered the table. To shorten up the ordeal, I get busted in my dad's residents by a cop that makes a phone call to some one saying it's not what you think?!?! Two years straight I researching on everything, to understand whats the reasonable explanation for what was taking place.
My findings linked my neighbor Holly Simon & Dave Britt/ a new boy friend to his best friend , inwhich is a Sheriff named Christian Angle, who rents out a house to an Angel Martinez, inwhich is Cindy's Martinez's sister. The 1033 program militarized our Law Enforcement by giving all the weapons and technology that was used in the Iraqi war. The hand held Phsycological Warfare Technologies are then loaned out to community Partisapants with a no return policy. This gave a certain people, the power to kill, hands free!. Community towns and volunteers gossip, because most are related from town to town.
I dig even further to figure out how it's working on the inside. NCBI web site, search bar, your name, push search and scroll down to trials, two under this is dbvar and your trials from the Medical angle, you are Called a Human Subject instead of your usually Targeted Individual handle. This tells you the trials that are being conducted on you as the AI monitors you. I look up Holly Simon NIEGHBOR and she's under 3 of the same trials as I am. One inwhich is an umbrella project. This Girl and her Boy friend had drugged me several times and gained my bio frequency code with the mobile EEG that was invented by Mellon University, and she's an ex pharmacist with a cousin that's a paramedic and tons of connections to the knowledge to what it takes to make V2K work.
An altercation happens one night when I hear a kid screaming bloody murder. I go and run across the drive way taking a stick that locked the gate with me. This guy Dave Britt has a bolder up in the air and his kid hanging on his arm in a panick scream for him to stop. I evaluated the situation and he's was trying to throw a bolder through the driver window at Holly Simon, who locked herself in it, the over sized drunk sees me drops the bolder and rushes me and I wak him a couple times for him to trip and get up flip her off and goes in the house. I take off and get arrested like a month later for a GBI. Because they didn't arrest him, because his Chris Angle his friend shuffled around paper work for me to get arrested instead of him. 6 months later he again breaks through a bed room door roughs her up while she's pregnant and she gives birth 3 months early to a non stop crying tormented baby. Just the same as his other kid being tormented thinking he was going to throw the rock through the window. Both kids tormented. She splits up with Dave Britt and I start to see her to find out what the craziness was all about. Dave goes and stays with the Sheriff Chris Angle who also has two sons Brandon Angle and the other in another jurisdiction. I have Holly a candle light dinner hoping she would tell me something and nothing so I asked her if she had had a white lazy boy chair before and she said yes and went on to tell me how she got rid of it. I replied Holly how do I know you had a white lazy boy chair if I had never been in your house. They drugged me and then hipmotized me. During an interrogation I was being asked questions and my conscious wasnt there to lie and I came up out of hipmotized because I was being bombarded with a certain question asked in different ways very aggressively. I looked up and said , " I said no!!!! Told me to go back next store and go to sleep. I remembered the white antique lazyboy chair. She went completely silent with a guilty looks. Dave and her hook back up and I ended up with 3 cases I pushed to 3 different trials in one month over this Dave. Dropped one and I won the other two.
My Evidence is key in proving the case of my perps: I have her son admitting on texting that they drugged me. I have her Pharmacist lic. I have the information from the inside of a sting that was left open as I down loaded several apps to get the information on my cell phone tower. The information goes for ever about other targeted phones being connected to it with the everyday screen shots of a map where my phone service was going, then to a cell phone tower. All the serial numbers and stuff I don't know how to read but it goes for ever. That's through the 1033 program from Sheriff Angle loaning it out as these people tryed to send me to prison for anything and I don't do anything wrong. If anyone needs watched it's these guys who murder by tormenting via V2K and terrorize kids, drive drunk everyday to and from work............. The other evidence is the connection to Cynthia Martinez to her sister Angel Martinez who rents from Sheriff Angle and is Dave best friend. The Navy records of Trials in Alzheimer's Desease and is the branch that Dave served in. The Alzheimer's Desease is also linked to NCBI and is also a Trial that the local USC University is in study of as well. My father also lived on the same block as the University. While Cynthia was Tormenting him from 3018 ends way turlock Ca 95351. This has costed me everything I own and the DMV is illegaly holding my license hostage from. DUI from another state and I already took care of the drunk driving and had gotten my license back in that same state. This Sheriff has used every resource to ruin my life,. My Dad is dead and they use my Dad's voice by having a program that uses a voiced recording to find anyone's voice in googles voice recognition. Then after that they can terrorize you from the dead. 204 felony strike is 67 life terms and I can prove at least four of the strikes with the evidence I've collected. That's consecutively!!!!!!! You wanna help me sue, cause I'll give you half to support your cause and that's just a little my proof.

The 1033 program gave our law enforcements the military supply that was used in Iraq. 2013 they also gave birth to the Jobs For Vets Program, inwhich none must of knew how to use the sting box that acts like a cell phone tower. This equipment also gets loaned out to the community as well. Well what ever the case they left it open for anyone that down loaded a cell phone tower info app. and I pulled everything out of it with several apps. Now I can't even get it to register on any app. LMAO That's not even scratching the surface of my evidence. I'm so freaking proud of myself.
I don't even need Targeting Justice I literally got one of my stalkers to admit on texting that he drugged me and it was a good Joke fool. I am writing to say that, my neighbors are definitely using weapons against me. I just want to put that out there, because your site is reporting that it is not your neighbors. I know for sure my neighbors are equipped with weapons.......I'm sure that there is also a Satelite/5G Tower connection as well.
