So I received a reply from DHS saying my request wasn't specific enough for them to release any information or documents. They also said that through Privacy Act Provisions in regards to TSBD, that they can't release any information containing Social Security Information or SSI related to any documents or information from the TSBD. I have screenshots of the letter they sent me. Can anyone help me on how I should go about replying to them? I thought this sample letter is very specific in what I'm asking for and sufficient enough for them to disclose any relevant information. I feel like they're trying to circumvent the system and avoid disclosing anything.
First off why would anyone throw around their social security number especailly in email which is unsecured. Also asking to be removed from watchlists is a little suspect, obviously if there is no reason to be on the watchlist then it makes sense.
question: can a foreign passport holder file this ? I was so disgusted with US Gov... i gave up the passport.... i am not american born .. was an immigrant. APpreciate it.... things are brutal on my end
I filled out multiple agencies with ID info and there is always a “problem” they can’t process but don’t tell me why. These people are truly awful and make you fight until you give up

I sent a demand request before and a second one aswell to remove me from not only the TSDB but the offender registration in Harris County being that many in that registration are being targeted. As for me causing physical injuries and mental post traumatic stress and making it impossible to make a decent living by disabling me. Deformation of character and the many attempts because of this putting my life in danger 24/7.

Got an email back from the FBI saying that the email that targeted justice has listed is incorrect. The correct email is https://efoia.fbi.gov/
Also should you make a request on behalf of this organization or yourself? Cause they ask you that on the website.

I could try to upload the FBI response rejecting my request of records again. They also said they can neither confirm nor deny existence of watchlist.
Don't forget records within the DOD who holds the patents for luciferase, used in the quantum dot technology to target many of us.
Is there any reason to take screenshots with the DOJ one? Is it because they don't email you saying that you submitted it?

Sent a ton March 2nd. Still nothing. Is there a lawyer I can hire to get these records?
