When you call Police turn on a taping device to log the call proving call intercepted or Police disregarding your calls or phone hacking.

I lived outside the country too for almost 5 years, in both SE Asia and Africa and can also say some aspects of targeting was less intense. V2K with voices became a non+factor but sound campaigns were used like sound effects of bamming & slamming of doors & I got hit with DEW worse in "former" French & British colonies. Go figure. And gang stalking was a non-factor but yes overall I would agree the quality of life is better for TIs outside the west. If you are not retired or have a steady monthly income, find something remote that you can work from anywhere with a laptop or think about getting a TESOL to teach ESL online or in a class abroad or enroll in college as an undergrad or grad student and live off the US government's dime since they are the ones illegally experimenting on us and are likely making money off of our torture & also covertly blocking employment opportunities for many of us. I know they are & have been doing it to me. And let's be clear: they are going to illegally target & experiment on us regardless of whether we work a job or live off their dime. So let them take care of you while you get a little breathing room outside the country. If you live frugally and simply the money will go far.
And the cost of living abroad is way cheaper on the other side of the world, the air is fresher and the food not laden with chemicals and other crap. I'd definitely encourage it for any TI. I'd also add to try to put some things in place financially if possible so you don't have to return to the US to live permanently. The US Constitution is the highest law in the land. That included the Bill of Rights. Anything that infringes upon or violates the those rights is unconstitutional. When the proper court determines that a legislative act or law conflicts with the constitution, it finds that law unconstitutional and declares it void in whole or in part.
Obviously, no one who isn't being targeted cares as much as we do. That leaves it up to us to push the issue in the courts. No rights are going to be enforced unless we demand it through legal action. That is what makes Targeted Justice's lawsuit so monumental & historic.

going to dialysis 3 twice a week all this in the park I used to push him to the social Security office just to cry because they tell us that he wasn't getting nothing I ended up firing his lawyer didn't put paperwork myself we ended up getting it a year later we get a home finally it catches fire 9 months later I pull them out but not in time Robert dies I am out of my mind at this time everything has hit the fan for me I decided to go into a program called teen challenge and did not know at the time that I had to get a physical I didn't make the physical my sister and my daughter had thought I left I had stayed at my sister's house for 4 days I did not know what to do I had no money I couldn't tell them I just didn't know what to do I knew my sister had change in her closet so when she went to work I went in and I took the change didn't know how much I took until the police picked me up a little over $500 in change and literally change well I did two years in prison for When you call Police turn on a taping device to log the call proving call intercepted or Police disregarding your calls or phone hacking.

Download voice recorder app on phone or purchase a small recorder. Pocket size. Record enough days as proof of harassment. Call another person to over hear your conversations. I lived outside the country too for almost 5 years, in both SE Asia and Africa and can also say some aspects of targeting was less intense. V2K with voices became a non+factor but sound campaigns were used like sound effects of bamming & slamming of doors & I got hit with DEW worse in "former" French & British colonies. Go figure. And gang stalking was a non-factor but yes overall I would agree the quality of life is better for TIs outside the west. If you are not retired or have a steady monthly income, find something remote that you can work from anywhere with a laptop or think about getting a TESOL to teach ESL online or in a class abroad or enroll in college as an undergrad or grad student and live off the US government's dime since they are the ones illegally experimenting on us and are likely making money off of our torture & also covertly blocking employment opportunities for many of us. I know they are & have been doing it to me. And let's be clear: they are going to illegally target & experiment on us regardless of whether we work a job or live off their dime. So let them take care of you while you get a little breathing room outside the country. If you live frugally and simply the money will go far.
And the cost of living abroad is way cheaper on the other side of the world, the air is fresher and the food not laden with chemicals and other crap. I'd definitely encourage it for any TI. I'd also add to try to put some things in place financially if possible so you don't have to return to the US to live permanently. The US Constitution is the highest law in the land. That included the Bill of Rights. Anything that infringes upon or violates the those rights is unconstitutional. When the proper court determines that a legislative act or law conflicts with the constitution, it finds that law unconstitutional and declares it void in whole or in part.
Obviously, no one who isn't being targeted cares as much as we do. That leaves it up to us to push the issue in the courts. No rights are going to be enforced unless we demand it through legal action. That is what makes Targeted Justice's lawsuit so monumental & historic.

going to dialysis 3 twice a week all this in the park I used to push him to the social Security office just to cry because they tell us that he wasn't getting nothing I ended up firing his lawyer didn't put paperwork myself we ended up getting it a year later we get a home finally it catches fire 9 months later I pull them out but not in time Robert dies I am out of my mind at this time everything has hit the fan for me I decided to go into a program called teen challenge and did not know at the time that I had to get a physical I didn't make the physical my sister and my daughter had thought I left I had stayed at my sister's house for 4 days I did not know what to do I had no money I couldn't tell them I just didn't know what to do I knew my sister had change in her closet so when she went to work I went in and I took the change didn't know how much I took until the police picked me up a little over $500 in change and literally change well I did two years in prison for that and rightfully so I didn't blame my sister for what she done I shouldn't have never took it anyway that was the kind of a harsh setting so so ever since I got out of prison you all came along
