After 9/11 a young man moved in the apartment building where my mother lived. She hired him to paint my house. He was a soccer player who had defected from Saddam Hussein's Iraq. So I became a TI..! Absolutely absurd reason. The harassment since I moved into my apartment in NC has been incessant. The local police and apartment management are paid off and I believe the woman next to me is as well, and was placed here to torment me; threats, assault, hurling obscenities, stealing, etc., and neither management nor the police do anything!
I am so sorry to know how they targeted you. But that's precisely the absurdity that we will prove to the Court: how our law enforcement agencies are following the model of oppressive governments, completely repugnant to basic constitutional rights.

Yes, funding lawsuits is one of the most important elements to stop the organized crimes. I am dealing with my own attorney right now because my safe deposit box was burglarized and jewelry stolen out of it as well as the house. Time is of the essence in pursuing court actions against targeted individuals and this is known by the governmnet connected criminals involved. If these cases are not pursued then now one will hold them accountable and their criminal acts and retaliation will escalate as they have done to me for making their organized surveillance crimes well known. It is like Dick Algire said in the remote viewing youtube channel said when he was answering questions after his video "The Truth About Immigration" -- see: "We Answer Your Comments & Questions About Immigration"... Getting Karmic balance is important through exposing the criminals involved, and holding them accountable in court for surveillance organized crimes, even if there are military or ex-military criminals and their prostitutes involved in government surveillance watchlist-targeted organized crimes.

Thank you for doing this because I have been a TI (a victim of organized stalking and remote electronic assaults) since January, 1996, I believe. I have gone pro se twice to the USSC to no avail. I read the complaint last week while I was working. I will appeal the FBI decision within 90 days of their denial of my FOIA request. I haven’t done it yet because I am drafting a legal document for an unrelated matter. Thank you again because no TI organization ever filed a lawsuit for our cause.

It's about time they're starting to do something about this my name is James I live in Ehrenberg Arizona I've been a target for a year and a couple months I never reached out before because I wanted to keep my mouth shut but enough to know like I struggle everyday the blacklisting along in a small small town with no jobs you know this then trying to keep keep me from where I can get any money it's rough because it started like my wife passed away from coronavirus not too long after that I was hacked and everything stolen out from under me they mirrored my phone and now control all my accounts and are using it for illegal purposes and can't stop them there's nothing I can do they just keep doing it and every time I open up a new one they keep taking over they utilize that with my name on it and it's just constant constant internet attacks all my family photos everything gone they've done a number on me they've turned my family against me to turn my kids against me they damaged my truck pretty much all the way they've tried to steal my truck they stole things out of my out of my vehicle $1,000 night vision like this just different things that they've taken from me I haven't done nothing to nobody but this lawsuit hopefully it opens the eyes of me and causes some people to looked at direction because fighting a fight but it's just there's only so much a human a human person can take you could be strong and strong all you can but after a while it's just not it's not cool anymore I love to just get back on on the road and do me you know you're supposed to be time to restart my life and and mourn my wife but I didn't get to more of my wife just two weeks ago 3 weeks ago my mom passed away so the tragedy just continues and keeps I know mostly all the people involved with this whole mess on March 24 hours a day my phone's hacked by somebody and it shows they're in Nigeria but I think that's just them you know flagging it way over there but since I'm I'm hacked by somebody in Nigeria and it's multiple people I'm basically in Phoenix la here I'm all over the place because that many people have gotten my information that was stolen from me and putting on the line on the background checks that's where it all started was the background checks and they spread lies in the background check to all background check sites and those background check sites are selling my info to people to do what they're doing to me and I know that because I've research for the past year to find out this is what's going on so with this lawsuit hopefully does open eyes and get people rolling in the right direction on how to prosecute these people cuz I think they should be stood up in a firing line and took it out because they're beyond evil they're atrocities that they are doing to the US citizens that didn't do nothing to them are just horrible and they're getting away with it and I don't understand how they can get away with something like this it not right all the background checks got lies going out about me being a pedophile I got lies about me being a liberal when I'm sorry to say but I only ever voted once in my life and that was a huge mistake and never do it again because politicians are fake politicians lie and I'm sorry but I'm not going to sugarcoat something I tell what I say what I say and mean what I say I'm not a bad person I worked fire service for 8 and 1/2 years and you know take good work never represented nothing like that but it was like certain person in my life passes that was my best friend and a certain someone in her family takes it upon herself to say she's not here to protect him anymore so I wonder where that was going I know who's doing all this but hopefully these lawsuits start popping up over and over and over and kill this whole this whole damn operation they got going on military attacking their own people this is not right man this world is not right so taking up all your time, it's probably long but like I said is the first time ever missing you speaking out about it and kind of feels good so fight the fighting keep your head up smile on your face and still help people cuz that's what I do and they say they're going to be the next series I don't worry about what they say I know where I've been or what I've done there's nothing they can do to change you thank you James c from Ehrenberg g Arizona

They had a State Driver's license office in my home state blow up my face, state I originated from Florida. They have slandered, denied my identity as that of a non degreed person, tell others All manner of crimes they have placed on public websites. Continue frames as they want my licenses taken away. A woman told me they tell all I committed a crime at a time I battled cancer. Rns are fingerprint Ed all numb nuts eat up all they say. My truck was intentional ly sabatoged. Ruined. They want me shut up least someone find out the truth of what they have all done. Corruption at sheriff's, insurance fraud of thousands likely shared by all, intentional identity and financial sabatoge and loss income. These people represent sickest civil servants. I was targeted because of moving to Florida and because of my common name. Someone in law enforcement wanted recognition. My parent, cousins, sister, full brother no the truth and I can prove them liars. I want them to pay for their crimes.

I've contacted you people a couple times in the past couple/few years to no avail which is upsetting Bc you're supposedly in support of TI's. I asked for help but haven't gotten any which is detrimental to my situation of the On-Going gang stalking/Torture they're subjecting me to for about 15 f-ing years and I'm very frickin tired of it! To say the least... I've been told by a family member and a professional person that my life is in danger. So, how can you help or even will you?
I've just been told by another person that my life is in danger. I've been told by at least a few people to leave where I live and go at least 50 miles away. I can't afford to do so otherwise I likely would. I just don't know what else to do as my life is in imminent danger according to what I've been told. So, you'll have to forgive me if I don't understand why I can't get any help.

Targeted Justice works on a team of volunteers. It works miracles with the resources it has.
I'm a solo practitioner handling an extremely complicated case.
As much as we want to come to the rescue of every TI out there, we don't have the resources to do so.
We are working intensely to end everyone's targeting and gang-stalking so that everyone can regain the lives that were stolen from them.
