When I did my FOIA request with the FBI, they stated they're denying it do to it would hinder their investigation. Ana or any TJ person answer me this, does that hurt my chances of being on their list since they said in could or would hurt their investigation?

Your question makes me think about the recent case of Muslim & military vet, Saadiq Long, in Oklahoma City, who was pulled over repeatedly by cops bc they told him his name appears on the TSDB. He ultimately filed an injunction against OKCPD. In response the police department changed its policy for how it deals with people whose name appear on the Watchlist & will no longer stop them simply based on that.
However, in my case cops never made direct contact or ever pulled me over & have since handed over stalking duties to civilian proxies so I'm assuming this is a work around for them? And I'm presuming this has become standard protocol when dealing with all TIs? It's like they intentionally avoid direct contact to make sure they don't leave a paper trail?
It's also possible that there are other, secret lists that we know nothing about as someone here previously theorized?
In Sadiq's case, he was removed from the TSDB but it seems his vehicle was in a list associated to the TSDB. I believe they removed his name from one list but not his car from the other.
As I recall from reading about his case years ago, he originally was also on the No-Fly list & sued them to get off that list,. So it seems it's like a game of whack-a-mole. You get off one list you know about, but they don't inform you you're on six other lists you know nothing about? They must be making a lot of $ off us?
I don't know the answers to any of your questions. If he is a TI, he's never publicly shared that info. And the fact that the OKCPD actually told him that his name appeared on the TSDB is unique in itself. I don't believe they are supposed to share that info with people on the list so something must have compelled them to do so. Maybe that police department leadership was just tired of being the fed's flunkies and realized people on that list are not threats or dangerous? Apparently, though, most PDs aren't that principled.
Not only the official sharing with "law enforcement" but private companies and private attorneys? Why would either need access to our info if they are not involved in LE or adjacent services? I have a question to anyone who can answer it. I submitted a FOIA/PA request from DHS and am going to post here part of their response. My question is, what "specific records" should I request from these cretins? Anybody done this before?

The Department of Homeland Security was created January 24, 2003; therefore, no DHS records exist prior to that date. Records created prior to the establishment of DHS by any of the organizational components of DHS would be maintained by those components. I believe I am targeted also. I believe since late 2021 and still going. I have no clue how to combat this or where to turn. The police 2 miles away I believe are involved,many females and the park I live in gang stalking me, break and enter my home, vandalism to home and car, hacked phones, hacked internet, took over and bypassed Ring cameras in 1 day, Simply Safe in 1.5 days, ADT is being bypassed currently and now cctv is what I have now and it chilled for a sec on B&E but I put 5 locks, zip ties and 2 cables on outside door and have locks inside with wired cameras but it takes 15-30 minutes just to get out and in the house, so frustrating. They been trying to get my phone 3rd phone now again recently and have even changed phone number and phone. I also was recording with my old android and they reprogrammed both those phones, reprogrammed my computer so they know everything I do and where and what I would record with those. I am followed out everyday to work and always when arriving to park so live in always cars coming out and in with me everyday and many are the same people. I believe RHP properties who owns this park is also involved. My rent check stolen, utilities I keep paying but they seem to not receive payment that I make thru money center, employer feels involved almost also. They zap me at night and wakes me up with leg on fire and when I use mouse to computer they zap me. There are several drones that follow me as ai consistently see the bright light in the sky and then they sit outside my home all night. They see me in my house I believe with thermal cameras and believe a cop delivered FLIR cams to my neighbor as they see my every move and let me know by making stove buzz and turning my motion lights on very frequently. I have had to replace hot water heater, faucet, plumbing, furnace motors and recently car oil very low after oil change and transmission fluid barley registered and so keep a check on all this. I am under attack and live alone so I am an easy target. They have blocked my IP from truth social, Shipt grocery service, keep trying to disable my vpn, there is just so much! It’s super expensive and they have financially broke me recently and continue to keep on with it all. All my social media was take over and my cloud and Joe Biden, Gretchen Whitmer, Dana Nessle pics put into my story line on repeat. They reuploaded all but 6,000 photos as proofs In there, voter stuff and political stuff and of course years of photos that now have March 27 dates not original dates. They kill all my flowers and steal my flowers I plant, have keys to my vehicle and lock it in front of me and I could go on and on. Where do

I feel for every single person dealing with this. It’s hard and so unfair. I have no criminal record and am a law abiding citizen with a good heart. Your question makes me think about the recent case of Muslim & military vet, Saadiq Long, in Oklahoma City, who was pulled over repeatedly by cops bc they told him his name appears on the TSDB. He ultimately filed an injunction against OKCPD. In response the police department changed its policy for how it deals with people whose name appear on the Watchlist & will no longer stop them simply based on that.
However, in my case cops never made direct contact or ever pulled me over & have since handed over stalking duties to civilian proxies so I'm assuming this is a work around for them? And I'm presuming this has become standard protocol when dealing with all TIs? It's like they intentionally avoid direct contact to make sure they don't leave a paper trail?
It's also possible that there are other, secret lists that we know nothing about as someone here previously theorized?
In Sadiq's case, he was removed from the TSDB but it seems his vehicle was in a list associated to the TSDB. I believe they removed his name from one list but not his car from the other.
As I recall from reading about his case years ago, he originally was also on the No-Fly list & sued them to get off that list,. So it seems it's like a game of whack-a-mole. You get off one list you know about, but they don't inform you you're on six other lists you know nothing about? They must be making a lot of $ off us?

I don't know the answers to any of your questions. If he is a TI, he's never publicly shared that info. And the fact that the OKCPD actually told him that his name appeared on the TSDB is unique in itself. I don't believe they are supposed to share that info with people on the list so something must have compelled them to do so. Maybe that police department leadership was just tired of being the fed's flunkies and realized people on that list are not threats or dangerous? Apparently, though, most PDs aren't that principled.
Not only the official sharing with "law enforcement" but private companies and private attorneys? Why would either need access to our info if they are not involved in LE or adjacent services? And beyond that, I can tell that regular citizens are privy to my "status" by the way they act since my civilian proxy stalking began after cops ostensibly handed the reigns over to them in November 2022. So the secrecy aspect is a lie when non LE know your status. That proves this crap isn't about fighting "terrorism" or related to national security.
Hundreds of thousands of persons in the US have access to the list. State law enforcement officials are estimated in 100,000. Add to that the number of employees in all other corporations and persons that are in the distribution list.

I also think this is the domestic equivalent to Gitmo. Most of those "held hostage" at Gitmo were never officially charged and correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't believe the US govt has brought one case against any Gitmo prisoner after DECADES.
