The Mayo Clinic calls it an “unexplained skin condition.” The characteristic subsurface fibers define Morgellons.

Targeted Justice believes it is part of an illegal human experimentation program, under the targeting program. We do not know the percentage of TI’s that are affected.

Westlaw Survey - 726 Lawsuits

Our Westlaw survey shows how the Judicial Branch is hiding the targeting program.

TJ conducted a survey of targeting terms. Westlaw search in all the Circuits for the following query:

"voice to skull" or "voice-to-skull" or "gang stalking" or "gang-stalking" or "directed energy weapons" or "microwave weapons" or "mind control". (After removing irrelevant cases such as a patent controversy over mind control products) and comparing pre-2004 with post-2004. What we found was discouraging…

The Federal Judicial system is deliberately hiding these cases and labeling them as “unpublished.” 2004 is the first year that the TSDB began operating and compiling names.

Our survey identified 726 Federal court cases where targeting terms appeared. This means we are aware of approximately 726 lawsuits that have been filed, since about 1990, where the Plaintiff(s) referenced terms used in the TI community. 76 lawsuits were filed before 2004, and 650 were filed after 2004.

TI Lawsuits - Published vs. Unpublished

Prior to 2004, about 59% of these lawsuits were labeled as “Published” to make it easy for the public to find. After 2004, only 21% of these cases were filed as “Published.”

Why is the Federal Judicial system trying to hide these cases?
