I mailed my FOIPA appeal on February 15th in NYC and going to the USDJ in Washington, DC. This is the tracking funny route it took: NJ-WDC-MD-NJ-WDC. I had to file a complaint yesterday to the USPS and today February 22 at 5:06 am someone picked it up to be delivered. Funny route and schedule for a priority mail package. I will be waiting for the FBI decision to my FOIPA appeal now.
I just read the 29 pages preliminary injunction in my job. I could not download the injunction motion (exhibits) like I did when I read the 99 pages amended complaint and (6 exhibits). Were they attached in a separate PDF? Anyway, it was very good, now let’s keep our fingers crossed for the presiding judge to grant it. Thank you Ms. Toledo!
Amen! I am just barely getting finished with the entire file. Just got my PACER key today in the mail. You guys covered a lot and tried to cover the many angles to prevent them from doing this again and calling it something else. There has to be a promise of a judicious and equal way for anyone to be put on the list and extreme transparency. Would that not be nice. And no one should be put on the list even if they are a terrorist with out judicially allowing for freedom and democracy and a way to have recourse to defend ourselves. The more I research about myself the more I want to see my file. Boy oh boy it must be a good one.
