The 5 EYES Countries are included under their spying agreement. They share all intelligence information. Canada, UK, Australia, & New Zealand.

Who in Australia should I contact? I've contacted everyone already.

Are you still listening to a computer programmer give you Medical Advice? Seriously?

Carmen Quesada's avatar

Wow TJ, this information is priceless! It shows the tentacles of this “Program” and also explains why when we travel, no matter the country, the torture follows us.

NATO is PART of this crime against humanity. Incredible!!

Orli and the team's avatar

Therefore countries are not real, at least not what they tell us, the different powers that exist do not coincide with the physical borders that are identify as countries, otherwise how Russia and China are in these treates? 🤔😳🔥

Targeted Justice, Inc.'s avatar

If that was true - then you would not need a signed Treaty.

\

Orli and the team's avatar

Treaties do not prove sovereignty, only association to a certain level 🤔 otherwise those "countries" could not be on the position they show to the people if they agree to control them in the same way

Targeted Justice, Inc.'s avatar

Some people pretend that they worked at the State Dept and are an expert on international issues. Yeah, you're probably not doing that...

The US Constitution defines how treaties are done. They don't do treaties with your local Shriners group.

/

Countries sign treaties, when they are promised alot of money from the US...

They are not agreeing to control. They are agreeing to receive free money.

Apparently, you didn't get that memo?

Treaty with Russia and China but yet wanna go to war with them? Sounds like a irony. Why didn’t America and them work on common vaccine previously and let them create own vaccine? Sinovac and Sputnik against Pfizer and Moderna. This doesn’t sound so treaty. We know Huawei is big on Google and this makes me think the only main treaty of concern between 2 sworn enemies is tech and cybersecurity. There is no other collaboration because if there is it’s all a show.

Targeted Justice, Inc.'s avatar

The Deep State has access to criminals that work in Russia and China. They are either highly paid or completely mind-controlled.

Ling fei's avatar

Do you know how the criminals in Russia or China link back to Colorado space force and whether cybersecurity expertise is a prerequisite for such employment? They don’t seem like regular thugs but highly educated IT guys.

I would like to ask a question please - regarding the table showing agreements w other countries and renewals - Mexico... signed in 1990 .... does not show a renewal... - Q: is it because data is unavailable ? I am in Mexico...today will be working on a letter to AG of my local state and thinking how to write better more on legal view vs personal , how hurt i am.... Is there more information i am forgetting ? THANK YOU VERY MUCH ! --- sorry, re read.... will try the newsletter u mention ! - if there is anything u may like to ad - super grateful

DO's avatar

Here in Mexico i was given advice by AG of Mx to contact the American Ambassador....recently Ana made a comment that other countries are supposed to keep this program secret.... makes sense because pretty much none of the gov members responded to the letter i sent them.. so? International TIs , write letters to US Authorities in your respective countries ?

Is it possible that a fetch box made in china and through a Singapore company could have been nterfered with in china or through Optus remotely? As this started at the same time I started a new internet connection through Optus which is owned by Singapore but the products were made in china?

As china is on the treaty list but I am in Australia.

pink's avatar

Can I ask 3 questions please and can someone give me an opinion if ok?

I had a look on the link regarding the treaty's and found one titled sciences and technology cooperation or something like that. So does that mean that Australia has one of these agreements?

If so then who would actually be carrying out the v2k each day, I don't and have never had physical gangstalking only v2k. I feel that the people doing this are no where near me and don't know me personally. This started When I started working at an establishment, like they were looking for random victims remotely not actually looking for me off a list.

Would the technology be originating from USA? And is my name definitely on the USA TSDB list?

** i would like to connect with TIs in Mexico . pls contact me.

The agreement with China is different, says "protocol". Can you please expand on this?

I'm not surprised Russia is on the list, in 2018 I'd travelled there wondering if it would be any different, but it wasn't, and after a number of weeks of torture there I decided to report the torture to a police station. This was a small town and they barely spoke English there, but the police team was extremely nice to me and helpful, I spent four hours there, initially with one officer and then with the whole station plus translator and detective who seemed to have awareness of this stuff, said I might have some sort of implants and asked me if I'd agree to see a Dr to investigate this, which I agreed to. This felt genuine, they took it seriously and took an initial report and told me I will be contacted by the FSB (the Russian FBI) in a week. I was in phone contact with the translator over the next few days then after a week she stopped answering my calls and answered by text excusing herself. I gave it a few days more waiting in vain then set off back to the police station to ask why FSB hadn't contacted me, they told me to come another day. I waited another few days, still nothing, then headed back to the station, I found the initial officer I'd spoken to and whom I'd had some rapport with but he absolutely wouldn't talk to me and kept busying himself, it was the same with every other officer there, they looked down avoiding eye contact, darted about and would not say a word to me, it felt like they'd had a shock and been disciplined never to speak of this. And that was it, FSB shut it down.

You should consult an ethical hacker or IT consultant as soon as possible. What you are going through can be avoided completely if you take steps to learn about online privacy and anonymity. I’m certain you carried a smartphone with you to Russia and you remain in contact with all your friends in America using same apps and phone.

Did you know this is knocking own head against the wall?

Patrick Sklorz's avatar

i think its a good point with cybersecurity/ethical hacker against the gangstalkers. with remote neuro monitoring cia, usaf and their international partners (?) literally wath inside your head, demodulating your brains emf emission and interpreting it. thats also how induction of toughts works. i think the extrem low frequencies (0-100(?) Hz) our brain works in, are carried by high frequencies of mobile towers, satellites, or simply wifi, 5G and so on. you can have best passwords, mfas, privacy guaranteeing providers like proton. if they look inside your head (and they do definnitely) youre an open book. thats what im dealing with and i accepted that the battlefield is completely transparent and publicly open, for our enemies of course. but accepting it is also powerfull, beecause it changes your mindset completely. they try anything (beside physical treats) tp provocate me and hold me down. they even play my thoughts 24/7 through the part of the city im living in. :D but i dont care. and realities coliding there the longer they hold this up against me and this makes people think, or forces the criminals to invest more to hold this stuff up. so its okay for me :D i can still smile and laugh about it (i havee darker times behind me)

I don't have a smart phone as extremely painful, I have several implants and stuff in the blood. I use a stupidphone that I remove battery and sim from and only use when necessary. In Russia, I initially stayed for several weeks in a village on the edge of a town with no internet access, and had to go into town to use wifi. I could hardly use internet for many years as was very painful. Only when I acquired more effective shielding for my (zero sim) tablet was I able to use the internet for longer. Yes, I'm 100% tracked and tortured anywhere but the intensity varies depending on the intensity of the sunshine (irregardless of whether I'm indoors or out), how fast I'm moving, if I'm moving to a new area or country (eg, torture can persist as I get on a plane and ease suddenly as the plane crosses borders), and how long I've stayed in a place, it used to take them 5 days to build up the intensity, now everything's accelerated.

Ling fei's avatar

And I forgot to add, most important point of all:

If you use phone to call out to any phone number across the US, Europe or anywhere that already has a reputation for Havana Syndrome or EMI related issues, any alternative medicine clinic, you can assume that phone is compromised, you don’t need to use it further throw it away after that single call out. Gangstalkers already have a who’s who list of doctors, therapists, legal firms, lawyers, activists, antivaxxers and ‘bad guys’ from all over the world and their phone nos and emails , Facebook, gmails because they can get it from public data bases and LinkedIn which they control. These info is programmed into their AI bots for filtering.

For example is somebody from Russia calls Dr HOFFER in Miami Google AI bot will capture it and that phone’s meta data will be swallowed up like a lion and the hackers will act quickly to do tracing of this phone to a telecom service provider and finally residential address and personal ID if any. It’s so fast, it takes no more than a few hours for contact tracing. In that time you have to part with that phone and dump it. It’s dirty because the number it called is also dirty because it’s targeted number.

You must think like a hacker I cannot emphasise this so much, that’s the only way you can draw even with those hackers. You can’t win but they can’t win too. You will draw 0-0 statement. It’s like if 2 countries have nuclear weapons it’s also a 0-0 draw as

nobody can defeat the other.

Mindset is what counts. It’s all on the power of mind by the grace of God to think and feel the way a hacker feels.

Maha Al's avatar

Look it makes no difference if you use a phone or not, they can attack you through any device, they've attacked me through other people's mobiles, they've attacked me through a second hand laptop on the day of purchase, and a new tablet, that has no sim, on the day of purchase and before I'd put anything on them. It doesn't take them long, a couple of hours at most. What you're talking about is decades old tech.

Ling fei's avatar

Yes and no. The devil is in the details. You are not being mindful enough. In this trade of targeting you can never be too mindful. The reason why you can be attacked through others phone is because you were previously communicating with them and your stalkers already had gather intelligence meta data on your interaction with them including speed, moment, velocity, angle, direction, rotation, height and elevation, region and location and so many things and can predict when where what time how you are with them. If you are eating with them they will know even if you dump your phone because your friend didn’t dump his and will give him and you away. There is an element of probability involved and if you are not mindful enough you will always be on the losing end of the gamble.

Don’t reason too deductively when you say you got attacked when you bought new tablet with no sim. Apply inductive reasoning and combine it with deductive in order to produce a more accurate picture of how they target you. Your stalkers could just be playing dice ON SOME OCCASIONS and fooled you and made you think ‘oh they got me again’ when they actually really didn’t intend it.

remember targeting and war is an art in CCP conservative culture because they love to go in delicately, like espionage, make no waves leave no trace and evidence and still win resoundingly.

Please work your mind harder. We only use less than 10% of our brains and for TIs probably 0.1%.

Devil is in the details, always. Your stalkers know that when they attack you, they are actually also revealing their methods. You can’t go and fight a war without showing your cards and leaving traces for your enemies to find clues right? RF attacks are no longer invisible, they are made very visible because the technology that CCP and America uses has dual use, one for directed attacks and the other for defending it. It’s the same electromagnetic field with dual use. Don’t overthink it. It’s pretty straightforward + hacking which is also dual use.

Maha Al's avatar

As I told you already, I don't have a smartphone, and hardly ever use the dumb phone I have which has SIM and battery removed when not in use, which is 99% of the time. I don't know why you persist in your claims.

Well it’s going to be hard to dictate to a doctor or lawyer that you want him to do such and such as they are in a position of authority. Hospital IT systems are quite secure but hopefully not run on Google servers else it’s a dead end yet again. You would be surprised a lot of high offices in government around the world frequently use Google server infrastructure and are compromised in that way. Smaller private clinics tend to utilise cheap gmails which is regrettable and unprofessional given what has transpired. I got an update on my mail box recently and I cut and paste it here for everybody to see just how true my words are and why cybersecurity knowledge is so relevant to TIs,

“ Dear Privacy Fan,

2025 has seen an amazing growth here at *****. The reason is an increased urgency to quit U.S. Big Tech tracking and choose services that respect privacy. Plus, people are realizing that U.S. services can be forced to hand out data to American authorities without a court warrant. This fuels our growth, and it’s truly exciting!

To celebrate this success and to induce more people to quit surveillance tech like Google and Meta in favor of privacy-first alternatives, we’re offering 50% off *****Mail and *****Calendar for the first year*.”

Yes accelerated because of AI. It’s all mainly Google AI the culprit. Targeting is faster because their AI bots help them analyse data and generate conclusions and results about their targets. It’s all a hackers job, so totally. Their hackers write algorithms and constantly adjust it as they see fit to account for newer information and to integrate with newer systems and softwares. These are all IT experts.

They can track a dumb phone too via many means:

1. You compromised that phone by calling or messaging a regular contact on your previous tracked phone, exposing your phone meta data like IMEI and IMSI to gangstalkers.

2. You used the phone to log into any social media account you logged on your previous tracked phone, again surrendering all your metadata to the same guys.

3. You used phone to call another TI whom you don’t know was a TI but maybe a TI spouse or family member, friend and it’s very unfortunate one in a million occurrence but you also expose meta data yet again.

In general it’s okay to have a phone no but you got to be very careful about protecting it and limit all unnecessary calls to the minimum. If you need a call with another call him or her the first time first and if you wish to continue the relationship get them to download signal app and start from there. That way you don’t keep calling out using the GSM and LTE telecom system. But if you are going to use a signal app you need a smartphone at least one that is old and quite useless but good enough to download and use the signal app. An apple smartphone is much safer than any androids out there.

I like the Snowden made an important distinction in the video. He said Facebook and Google does a good job to protect you from outside hackers but (paraphrase ) doesn’t protect you from inside hackers. This implies that the hackers working within Facebook and Google and on their payroll have free unrestricted access to all your meta data and information. So does it make any difference to your privacy? Yes it’s worse than being hacked from outside as you are instead betrayed from inside. While condemning Snowden for espionage Facebook and Google does espionage on its own customers how ironic. Meta and Google are just lowest of the low from the dumpsters. These are facts and not base on emotion
