"The FBI outsources much of the local harassment to community groups, such as Infragard, Citizen Corp, and Neighborhood Watch. Targeted Individuals are placed on the Terrorist Screening Database (TSDB) and tracked as "Non-Investigative Subjects (NIS)," so that local police and ambulances can be instructed, not to assist with their emergency calls."
That is fantastically helpful to me. Where can I find the research to back it up? It would help to see any written orders for ambulance drivers.
(I am not a TI myself, at least not yet. I'm just a Nosey Parker as regards US law.)
My only opposition is found with/stems from Senate Bill 808 proposal in Pasco, Florida where Senator Audrey Gibson (D-FL) exposed the targeted individual program as being a privilege associated with intelligence-led policing.
We know that local agencies are keeping secret lists thanks to a civil dispute between CAIR-FL and the Pasco agency over who owes court costs - which is where the representative of a school kid exposed the secret lists the students name had been added to.
We know these secret lists are then handed out and the targeted are pursued in a manner that "is not unlike the way the federal government goes after terrorists" as per Sheriff Chris Nocco 's statements during the "Targeted" investigation by Kathleen McGregor over at Tampa Bay Times.
We know these programs are used in every state, because Santa Cruz of California just became the first city in the country to ban predictive policing - which is said to be a means that allows police to pursue people who are "predicted" to commit future crime, even though they have the "right to due process" and "speedy trials" which is ignored during these pursuits. As well as there being no single method to file for appeal .
California also just became the first state to admit that federal law authorized law enforcement to acquire and use microwave weapons against the public - which is a byproduct of their new state law (Assembly Bill 481 of California).
There are also two programs from the federal law enforcement training center (FLETC.gov) called the "CESP" and the "CETP" which both are covert, electronic pursuits of "targeted individuals" and trains officers from local, state, and even tribal law enforcement on these technologies with "professional roleplayers" who act out the part of targeted individuals. As per the program descriptions.
Sen. Gibson of Florida specifically defined targeted individuals as being someone who has been identified by predictive policing (also known as Intelligence-led Policing) to be more capable of committing future crimes than others.
I'm 100% positive my experience is not the result of federal agencies or military personnel.
I have an uncle in the Air Force and he wouldn't lie to me that way.
If we get predictive policing banned, and spread more awareness about California's Assembly Bill 481 which proves microwave weapons can be used by the government against citizens - then we will start seeing change much sooner!!!

Don't! Just produce v2k recordings if you get that or video showing peoples looks whispers etc.. and or show them following you and license plate numbers. Confront them the stalkers and film them and note the reactions and stupid statements they do. Then go to family and show them this stuff.
most likely they wont believe you anyhow even with evidence and in some cases they're just as part of it as the rest are so..
But If you do don't say your targeted or act stupid just say odd things are happening and show them the evidence you have...
Whenever I talked about what I’m going through with family: break ins, food poisoning, theft of property, watchlists, etc, they get “eerily” silent. I study their faces and it seems as though they’re in a trance. Or, if on the phone, “eerily silent”. There is a bit of wonderment, but that’s it. This is within ten minutes of trying to explain the illegal program. If I move on to a different subject, we spend two hours talking about food, family, news, birds, etc. It’s so frustrating. However, I can say that I’m truly blessed in that I can still communicate with my family (and a dear friend who sends me a prayer every day). It’s really sad that a lot of TI families have been destroyed because of these government criminals.
Helpful idiots... make it possible.
Constitution, God and The Declaration of Independence have been forgotten.
So have personal responsibility, moral injury and consequences.
The fools and freaks are out and about now. In broad daylight.
Arrogance, Ignorance and Insanity in charge.
And greed of course.
Those 4 always come before the fall.
History repeats itself.

We need some brave TI’s to join Infragard and Neighborhood Watch. Collect evidence for a massive lawsuit.
