If we had a lawyer who was willing, we could produce enough evidence that suggests ANY type of surveillance equipment produces 'exculpatory' evidence -meaning that while they claim disclosure of the equipment would provide US with a way to 'circumvent the law', THEY actually are circumventing the law by not presenting any of it's usage as evidence.
The Brady Doctrine was designed to make trials fair, and I believe that we could look at the fact that to conduct surveillance means to 'monitor' which -by default- produces exculpatory evidence. This is clearly circumvention of the law and we desperately need lawyers working around the clock.
I have a VERY strong gut feeling this equipment plays into the TI experience with at least 75% of the experiences reported. Which is pretty much everything except for the D.E.W. assaults.
New Hampshire is simply the only state with broad right-to-know laws. If we can declare the vendor agreement unconstitutional - it would be a major win in every state.
