Last month, the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) released this report on Havana Syndrome stating, "Pulsed electromagnetic energy, particularly in the radiofrequency range, plausibly explains the core characteristics,.." and "Stimulation and disruption of [bio systems] has been credibly demonstrated in cells and tissues”.
