Those who do know, don't know, those who don't know, won't know because they're up on the balcony and not on the street as we are.
After 2 decades of this psychological torture I'm still yet to take control of my inner opponent because as you all know, keeping sane and in control is a daily battle.
But the patient fisherman always wins. With patient endurance, it is inevitable that the appropriate bait will be revealed. And I have a feeling that THEY will eventually become ensnared by their own device!

what I hear is AI, while people may have been involved at first the voices I hear are the same all the time and no one would stay up 24/7 365 to torment people. Unless it's really a sophisticated thing to make anyone's voice sound this way and or take over a persons hearing and sing and make guitar sounds that muck up the songs I try to listen to as I've posted links here before of how they mess with me and my hearing.
It only makes sense they would sub to contractors. Have them sign an NDA & utilize their tech. Everyone makes bread off the new 9/11 global security budget, confuses legal issues & offers corrupt govt "plausible deniability".

I hope Northrop Grumman is also on your list with 459 results under dew’s,including the newest release in 2023 of a military weapon which is “a rifle and light machine gun combination” which sounds very portable & high powered.
