El aparato de la foto puede que no sea una arma electrónica, pero no estoy de acuerdo con lo que dicen que los vecinos de las víctimas no tienen armas en sus casas. Están ustedes equivocados. Sí que se utilizan armas electrónicas desde las casas de los vecinos. Vivo en España y aquí el "programa" funciona de la siguiente manera:
En las actividades de acoso social organizado y tortura con armas electromagnéticas están implicados los servicios de inteligencia (puede ser el CNI o la inteligencia de alguno de cuerpos de las Fuerzas Armadas: Ejército de Tierra, Ejército del Aire o la Marina) y los dos cuerpos policiales de ámbito estatal: Policía Nacional y Guardia Civil.
En mi caso como vivo en una ciudad que cuenta con Comisaría de Policía es esta la encargada de ponerse en contacto con mis vecinos para contratar sus servicios y establecer en su vivienda un piso franco del "programa" desde el que acosarme y torturarme.
El "programa" prefiere utilizar la vivienda situada inmediatamente encima de la de la víctima ya que se le puede visionar con más facilidad en los desplazamientos que hace por su casa y principalmente porque ello les facilita un acceso más cómodo al cerebro de la víctima para trabajar en él con los dispositivos electrónicos cuando la víctima duerme.
En los cuatro domicilios que he tenido en esta ciudad, Albacete, todos los vecinos que viven encima de mi vivienda no han tenido problemas de conciencia en aceptar la oferta de la Policía y han puesto su vivienda a disposición de esta.
En mis 4 viviendas los vecinos que viven encima han sido adiestrados en el manejo de los dispositivos electrónicos que se utilizan contra mí. También, conjuntamente estando los vecinos en sus casas o cuando se ausentan por algún motivo (viaje de fin de semana, vacaciones, etc.), en la vivienda encima de la mía hay siempre alguien de la Policía o de la Guardia Civil llevando a cabo las tareas de acoso y de tortura del "programa.
Encima de mi actual vivienda vivía un joven solo antes de llegar yo a vivir a este edificio. Tras llegar yo aquí fue contratado y adiestrado para llevar a cabo las actividades del "programa". Desde entonces comparten con él la vivienda y las tareas de acoso y de tortura unas mujeres jóvenes que le envían desde la Comisaría o la Comandancia de la Guardia Civil.
Pienso que estas actividades tal como ocurre en mi caso se están realizando también con otras víctimas, al menos en la Unión Europea.
Finalmente, sí que desde las viviendas contiguas a las de las víctimas se utilizan armas electrónicas para agredirnos.
