Costed me $5.00 at my records office for the packet then $80.00 for a lawyer to show me how to fill out the paper work and all my options... then I think $25.00 after the Judge gave me my rights back.
Our state allows anyone as long as the jail time was no more than a year to get your gun rights back.
Even though there is no Federal relief and I know what I am talking about because I researched it, the ATF says in their documents that if states allow you to get your gun rights back you can and they can't do anything about it.
Like I said I bought two firearms in the last couple years in the State I live in now.
Passed the FBI instant check but for Oregon takes two weeks which I think is an infringement but...
I can also go to my State I came from and buy so yeah...
Once I got my rights back I went to the pawnshops they were in and got all my guns back. they were in hawk for 12 years... I paid the finance charges on them all those years almost lost them a few times,but thank God the pawn guy knew me and gave me a break and was able to pay the finance charges off..
So yeah from a prophecy stand point if you have a felon but as long as it's not one that had you in prison or jail for more than a year you should get them back. Look at your state and see please...
