A signal analyzer is an instrument that can be used to measure the frequencies and strength of signals that are broadcast from cell towers and satellites.

Found on Aliexpress.com:   TinySA Handheld Spectrum Analyzer 2.8 Inch Display 100KHz-960MHz. This portable signal analyzer will let you see the V2K, RNM, and scanning signals that are sent from cell towers.  Cost is about $47.

This is called a Log-Periodic antenna. It will let you see which direction the signals are coming from. About $10.

Also on Aliexpress.com  -  If you want to see the satellite tracking signals at 3200 - 3750 MHz, and the Vircator at 3925 MHz, then you will want the better device.  About $82.
