Waiver of Informed Consent

The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) recently passed a revision about informed consent. This is a law that gives you control over what doctors and hospitals can inject and treat you with. You are suppose to be informed about the risks, before you agree to a treatment, injection, or any medical procedure. And usually you must sign paperwork stating that you consented.

But the FDA just passed a revision…
The FDA provided an exception to the requirement for informed consent, when a clinical investigation poses no more than minimal risk to the human subject and includes appropriate safeguards to protect the rights, safety, and welfare of human subjects. Sounds pretty vague…
To permit a waiver for a University Review Board, Hospital, etc -
the final rule requires them to document five Common Rule criteria in order to permit a waiver:
The clinical investigation involves no more than minimal risk to subjects;
It could not practicably be carried out without the requested waiver or alteration;
If the clinical investigation involves identifiable private information or identifiable biospecimens, it could not practicably be carried out without using such information or biospecimens in an identifiable format;
The waiver or alteration will not adversely affect subject rights and welfare; and
Whenever appropriate, the subjects or legally authorized representatives will be provided with additional pertinent information after participation.

The rule went into effect 22 January 2024.

One of the best ways to avoid non-consensual implants and experimental procedures or drugs - is to tell them you will not participate. No exceptions. Put it in writing on any forms that you sign. “I do not want to participate in any clinical investigations, experiments, procedures, or drug testing.”

Informed consent stopped long ago. Otherwise we would have heard them say "This "vaccine" made by the military industrial complex is a gene therapy bioweapon with SV40 cancer promoter, plasmid DNA, endotoxins, and millions of different spike proteins and fragments that may integrate into your genome and be passed to your children. Now roll up your sleeve".
I am a big supporter of Targeted Justice and I am glad this info got posted about the newest consent/release form being presented to patients , and everyone should be vigilant about what they sign , in a medical setting.
Speaking for only myself, As a Non-Investigative Human (research) Subject, I have come to conclude, given the atrocities that I have personally experienced, that if you are placed on the TSDB in the “EXEMPT” category, none of the waivers would apply you if you are placed in that exempt category. The innocent victims placed on the secret “EXEMPT” list are tortured medically as well as all the other despicable tortures we victims are subjected to when you are on one of the TSDB’s lists.
Victims placed on the “NON-EXEMPT” category of the Non-Investigative Subject TSDB list, and believe they, too , are being medically experimented on, DO have ‘protections’, and I use that term loosely. There is an OFFICE OF HUMAN RESEARCH PROTECTIONS (OHRP) at the federal HHS office. The Director is Julie Kaneshiro. OHRP is www.OHRP@HHS.gov. Phone 240-453-6900 Ms. Finn. The way it was designed to function was that SUBJECTS had to give permission (informed consent) to be experimented on. That is not the case any longer. We are put on one of the “LISTS”. I just wanted to share what I have learned through my experiences and research trying to expose this secret holocaust .
