1. Article 32 of the Geneva Conventions prohibits scientific and medical experiments, and torture of civilians. 

2. The 1967 Outer Space Treaty prohibits Weapons of Mass Destruction in orbit - if you can attack thousands of people simultaneously & destroy thousands of electronics systems simultaneously - that constitutes mass destruction. US Space Force officers admit that they have electromagnetic weapons in orbit.

3. The 1972 Convention on International Liability for Space Objects - states that a launching state shall be absolutely liable to pay compensation. The US Space Force operates and controls these weapons, funded by the CIA.
