The first half of the meeting is focused on a group topic. This topic will most often be therapy based, asking us to look deeper into our targeting to share our thoughts and experiences with the group. Sharing allows us to talk through our pain and to connect with others on a deeper level. Sharing also provides us the opportunity to change the narrative in our stories and take our power back. Once a month, we will have Speaker Meetings and have a Q&A at the end. After the meeting topic, we will open the floor for everyone to talk freely.
/
Guidelines:
- No Cross-Talk/Stick To The Meeting Topic
After discussing the meeting topic, we will open the floor for everyone who wishes to speak.
- Everyone has a 5 Minute Limit to Speak
You will be notified to wrap things up when you have 1 minute left.
- Personalize your sharing, use “I” Statements when Sharing
In general, it is suggested to limit your sharing to your own personal experiences by using “I” statements, rather than “you."
- Avoid Controversial Topics
Topics that many people may have strong personal opinions about, such as religion or deep conspiracies, should be avoided in meetings. General discussions about spiritual topics, such as in the belief in a Higher Power, are acceptable. However, tenets of specific religious doctrines should not be brought up. People’s personal beliefs should always be respected, and we should avoid making others feel the need to debate or defend their religious beliefs.
- Avoid “Trigger Talk”
Examples of “trigger talk” to be avoided include graphic details about cravings, detailed thoughts on self-harm or harming others. If at any point you feel a threat to yourself, please reach out to the Suicide Hotline by calling 988 or at 800-273-TALK (8255).
- You will be muted/blocked for advocating violence or for rude or offensive language
- This is a support group and we don’t criticize each other. The goal of the group is to be supportive and uplifting to all Tis.
Anonymity
This meeting is a safe space for TIs. What is discussed in the meeting in regards to people sharing their personal experiences will stay in the meeting.

Thank you so much for these opportunities to talk with other TI's!
Yes,
The more support you can provide to Targeted Individuals is crucial right now as they try to keep us separated!!!
Targets need to have the means to open up at any time due to the fact that we have been shut out from society and taken away from our friends and family and isolated!!!
