How do we know?
The American Deep State, a book by Dr Peter Dale Scott, Professor Emeritus at UC Berkeley. This iconic book represents decades of research by Dr Scott, showing the underbelly of corruption that makes up American Politics. The Council of Foreign Relations is mentioned frequently.

In 2008, Barack Obama received the names of his entire future cabinet, one month prior to election day, by CFR Senior Fellow (and Citigroup banker) Michael Froman, as a Wikileaks email later revealed. Consequently, the key posts in Obama’s cabinet were filled almost exclusively by CFR members, as was the case for most cabinets since World War II. “Attached is the latest version of the Agency Review teams. It is a closely held document, so please treat it with the same sensitivity as ours. If you all could take a quick look at the lists for the agencies in your area, that would be helpful. I think the hope is that, while there are no guarantees, some of the people on these lists might make their way into the agencies ultimately. Our role, therefore, is to check whether there is much overlap between the names here and the names were seeing/generating for sub-cabinet positions in each agency. There doesn’t need to be total overlap, but if there is a total disconnect, it would probably be better to rectify that now vs. later.
“I hate to ask, since I just send you another long spreadsheet to check, but if you could do this tomorrow and get back to Lisa (copied here) and myself, that would be great. Thanks.”

Or Soros. He funded the European CFR in London. #Brexit kind of messed up their plans for global domination, so in the is speech entitled "How to Save Europe" ( like the "Patriot Act", they always name it the opposite of what it really is so the public won't catch on ) he spells out how to fix that problem, namely by ignoring the popular vote & having their political lackey's vote against #Brexit in Parliament.

They don't have that problem in the US because we don't have national votes on issues, they just tell our elected representatives what to do & they do it. Our representative form of government is just representing someone other than us. They have no intention of saving Europe, just like they hve no intention of saving us.

They know that nothing is going to change in their favor if everything is running smoothly because there is no reason to change anything if it is running smoothly, so, they create the problems, then offer the predetermined solution. I don't know anything about CFR. Targetedjustice does good research though. Research the facts and trust nothing, verify everything. CIA and FBI are terrorist and are gangstalking with DEWs according to FBI Chief Ted Gunderson and FBI whistleblower Geral Sosbee. It's only logical that intelligence agencies and military do electronic harassment and Fusion Centers fuse them with law enforcement that runs gangstalking with partnerships such as Infragard, Citizens Corps, Citizens On Patrol, Freemasons, Community Policing. Freemasons are a community oriented police fraternity widespread in the CIA and call it Slow Dagger. CSPD won the community policing award after terrorizing me out of town. Richard Moore made the USAGA and was suing the COPS gangstalking program and putting them on the Brady's list when they set him up.
