First, I would like to thank everyone for making me feel so welcome here at Targeted Justice. Thank you for your heartfelt notes and responses.
Like many of you, I have been targeted for a long time. Having survived the complete gang-stalking menu thrown at me has made me stronger and more determined to fight for our peace and freedom while preventing future victims from going through our ordeal.
Please understand, we have a lot of work to do. We will be focusing our efforts on a group strategy, not filing individual lawsuits. I can't individually represent anyone at this time because I'm committed to the joint effort of devising a coordinated strategy that will result in a properly filed lawsuit and proceedings that will warrant the results we all need.
Instrumental to our success is your collaboration in publicly telling your stories in writing on social media. Putting them out there so that non-targeted people realize ours is a real tragic plight. Chipping away the "plausible deniability" that has allowed for the targeting to continue for so long, will be the bedrock of our success.
Let's peacefully let our voices be heard so loud everywhere from our communities all the way to Congress so that our plight can no longer be disregarded.

Although reading your statements and letters often brings tears to my eyes, I rejoice in confirming the strength, solidarity and goodness of heart that characterizes us. Make it a habit to remember how genuinely blessed you are.

Our persistence will lead to victory but it's going to take everyone's participation and our tenacity to persevere. My name is Ciara Tavares-Reyes and I've been targeted for almost 10 years. Since becoming targeted I've been doing a gangstalking podcast called EXPRESSIONS anchor.fm/ciaratavares-reyes, I have a website www.targetedassistance.org, a book on Amazon Targeting Tavares, and I'm all over social media FACEBOOK: ORGANIZED STALKING, Youtube, TIK TOK, Twitter, Instagram targeted_individual2013, and QUORA telling my story as it happens. I have been trying to get all TIs together to fight back. I became targeted for being a social media cyber dissident. I have also been encouraging TIs to file FOIA REQUESTS just to leave a paper trail. Where do we start to begin this class action lawsuit?
