Remove the Wifi Chip
TJ found that the best way to reduce hacking on your computer is: Remove the wifi chip and use ethernet cables to your router.
Also remove the wifi chip from the router.
This reduced hacking by 80% or more.
Look online for diagrams that show how to remove the wifi chip for your brand. The wifi chip is about the size of a postage stamp. Usually, it requires that you lift one side of the chip to a 45 degree angle and then slide it out diagonally.
It will say WiFi on the chip.
Caution: This may void your warranty.
Be sure to ground your hand, before touching components inside the laptop. (Look it up on a search engine)
