The exposure of Havana Syndrome has paved the way for targeted individuals to denounce similar attacks that TI women have been suffering for years.
Pursuant to Targeted Justice's records, about 2/3 of Targeted Individuals are women. Most of them are over 40. Many of us experience electronic sexual assaults. We feel we are being raped through electronic weapons. Many of us believe we are victims of sex trafficking through the Dark Web.

The United States Department of Justice has a duty to expand its prosecutorial scope to include targeted women victims of sexual violence through remote means.
As victims of sexual assault, targeted women should have access to the VAWA's support mechanisms - such as economic security assistance for survivors, expanding access to medical forensic examinations to identify the remote energy attacks on them; provide emotional support through victim-assistance organizations funded by its programs.

Targeted Justice will send a demand letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland petitioning him to investigate and prosecute the sexual assaults of some of its members. We will include with our request, original affidavits documenting the sexual assault that so many TIs endure. Copies of it will be sent to Congressional authors of the VAWA.

If you have been a victim of remote sexual attacks, please join our effort. Each victim needs to send us her own version of the sample affidavit below to include with our demand letter.

Write to us at Tjustice2@proton.me with the subject line VAWA if you would like to include a complaint of any sexual assaults you've recently been subjected to. Since we will send the original affidavits to the US Department of Justice, they need to be notarized and sent by mail on or before November 30th, 2022 to Targeted Justice, Inc., PO Box 15990, Houston TX 77220-5991. In the alternative, if you prefer to send an electronic document, you can:
a) prepare the statement adding before your signature that you are signing it “under penalty of perjury of the laws of the United States of America”, b) send it to us by email, c) with your electronic signature.
We will not publish your statements, but they will be forwarded in original form to the USDOJ.

I, Susan Johnson, of legal age, single, resident of New York, New York, hereby attest the following:
1) On or about 15 August 2019, from 7:23 am to 7:35 pm I believe that I was electronically raped while watching TV in my home. Although I was alone, for around five minutes, I felt electronic currents penetrating my genital area.
2) This has happened previously on XX July at 10:20 pm while I was trying to sleep.
3) For almost 7 months, on or around March, 2022, I've been subjected to the same remotely-triggered sexual attacks.
4) I have been subjected to repeated instances of gang-stalking since 2014. I was physically raped on about 12 June 2021, and I believe these events are all related to my targeting.
5) I swear and affirm these statements are correct, to the best of my knowledge and belief.

As victims of sexual violence and humiliation we have a constitutional right to petition for redress of grievances and obtain the services and support that VAWA provides for.
For those of you interested in joining this important effort: please try to be factual and concise in your statements. If the USDOJ complies with its legal duty to investigate and prosecute the sexual violence perpetrated upon TIs, you will then need to provide thorough details of the attacks perpetrated upon you. My name is Jesse Raymond Crisosto and I have been a Targeted Individual for 8 to 10 years now. It is great to finally have a support network to turn to for help. There is literally no place within the Government to reach out to for help and be taken seriously. I've been trying for years. I live at 213 Mission Dr in Corning California Tehama County 96021(small town U.S.A.) Anyone who is able, needs to bring the fight to Northern California.
Please Help Red Bluff & Corning California Stop Point and Shoot Focused Microwave Voice to Face Satellite Technology From testing technology on Small Towns. There is a weaponized communications satellite that belongs too and is hiding in the StarLink and SpaceX satellite system above Northern California. It is equipped with LRAD and Focused Microwave Technology which sounds like ringing in the ears similar to tinnitus, it is equipped with LiDar as well as Sonar Imagery which can also come off sounding similar to tinnitus. They are also using illegal audio frequencies along with microwave technology to mesmerize as well as hypnotize anybody at any time. They are using all these illegal technologies along with, Point and Shoot Focused Directional Laser Audio technology, which allows them to shoot their audio technology directly to a single individual without anybody else being able to hear the audio.
They are also testing their point and Shoot technology on the homeless and drug addicts in small towns in California, making them believe they are hearing voices and going crazy. They are justifying their actions by testing their illegal technology on the part of the population that won't be believed, the homeless and criminal element. They are causing the homeless and drug addicts to have hallucinations and hear voices in an attempt to scare their targets into quitting drugs and to try and make them stop committing criminal activity. I know because they are constantly attacking me on a daily basis. They are also hypnotizing my family without them knowing. My entire family hears the Ringing in their ears but write it off with the excuse of an injury, or they just need to detox their body, it's the Cell Towers or it's the chemicals left over from Crop Dusters. The Satellite Crew talks to me daily using the voices of my ex-girlfriends and think it's funny. Now they show off by listening to the TV and commercials i'm watching and copy the voices and make jokes with nobody else being able to hear them. If you want to catch them in the act, please do not contact me but simply show up and monitor the sky above me. They are constantly talking to me non stop all day everyday.
I am also a victim of constant sexual electronic assault. Every night when I go to bed between 2am and 3am they tingle my genitalia and hypnotize me to give me erections at inappropriate times. They also hypnotize me at inappropriate times to have me urinate and poop. They also cause me to slightly Pooh my pants often and have caused me several times to defecate myself in the past.
They have been hypnotizing me for so long that they now try to influence the direction of my conversations. You can feel them suggest a word or direction of conversation into your mind but you can also choose not to say the word or take the conversation in the direction they want you to go. But if you choose to ignore them, the next time you're having a conversation they will put you in a state of confusion or panic or make you forget simple words all together for extended periods of time.
Someone please help California from these StarLink and SpaceX Terrorists. Monitor the airwaves over Red Bluff and Especially Over me in Corning California and Tehema County. They literally talk to me all day everyday using the voices of Family and my ex girlfriends.
We literally have normal conversation, they have gotten that bold.
They are attacking Small towns that have no publicity. They have literally been testing their audio hypnotism on California for at least 8 years. They admit nothing but simply like to make jokes and of course want to discuss social media. They think themselves creative geniuses, and mock space force and say that they own the internet, they literally say," we are the internet", which is why I believe they are hiding within StarLink and SpaceX posing as communications Satellite.
