hello who do i send my evidence to for acoustic harrasment? i audio recorded and used sonic vizualizer to analyze with the spectrogram to visualy see the audio.
there was hums, increase in our voices and also another male voice talking.
it all started in everett washington and now i am on the island of guam and i am still being harrased.
I just drafted a personal check for $25 to mail it next week. I liked what you did about the legal action in court. As a TI who has gone to the USSC pro se 2 times regarding our issues it is the biggest step I have seen to fight this evil. Thank you!
