The amended complaint includes 26 additional pages with clarifications and emphasis that make a stronger case.

1) Expands the Causes of Action - in legal terms, this means the justification for the lawsuit

2) Emphasizes the "Color of Law" abuses of these agencies, meaning they are pretending to act under the authority of law, when no such basis exists.

3) Expands the list of Exhibits

4) Added toddler of Plaintiff that experienced targeting after the lawsuit was filed

5) Added claims about electronic hacking and illegal surveillance, that increased

after lawsuit was filed.

6) Added Exhibit including damning admissions by Defendants

7) Added Geneva Conventions, Article 32

8) and other minor details
