As an example of her accomplishments, we invite you to listen to the oral argument she carried out before the First Circuit Court of Appeals in Boston, on February 3rd, 2021 in the citizen suit Clean Water Act case Cebollero-Bertran v. PRASA. The decision set an important precedent for the rights of citizens seeking to enforce environmental laws accross the nation. Not just Puerto Rico.

OUR MESSAGE IN THIS LAWSUIT IS CLEAR; THEY CANNOT DEFEAT ITS CONTENT AND PRAYER FOR RELIEF.

The criminals and those who support them, don't dare contradict this lawsuit & its message because the statements come from evidence produced under penalty of perjury. We are using the FBI's own statements to prove their guilt.

Instead, They attempt to cast doubt over the messenger to distract everyone from what matters: This is the first case where TIs have an actual opportunity to bring an end to the targeting program.

Do not lose perspective of this fact - the pending case seeks to have the Court declare unconstitutional a “non-investigative subject” sub-list of a terrorist database that includes people that don't meet the criteria to be listed as a terrorist.

It's a purely legal controversy whose outcome should set TIs free from their torture.

The attacks against Ana Toledo & TJ are really an attack on the TI community's opportunity to end the torture program. Please don't fall for their disinformation and attacks. Although we cannot guarantee an outcome, there is no other organization in the world, that has such opportunity to end this illegal program.

The TI community needs unity to bring the abuses to an end.
