Setting the Record Straight.
In spite of the CIA's continuing coverup, the Moscow Signal was a transmission, directed at the Embassy of the United States in Moscow from 1953 to 1976, resulting in an international incident.

The signals used in Moscow were IONIZING RADIATION from an XRay weapon. That was not a microwave weapon. And importantly, the criminals at the CIA and the State Dept knew that it was harmful to their employees in Moscow, and yet they allowed them to continue being radiated to find out how harmful it might be. They were used as human guinea pigs by both sides.

Ambassador Walter Stoessel fell ill in 1975 with symptoms including “bleeding out from the eyes.” He later died of leukemia. In a 1975 phone call, US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger linked Stoessel's illness to the so-called "microwaves" and stated "we are trying to keep the thing quiet". Multiple other ambassadors and embassy staff died of cancer.[1]
The first microwave beam weapons using a virtual cathode, were active in about 1977 at the Naval Weapons Lab, and the first practical protoype of a microwave beam weapon was designed and built by Donald J. Sullivan in about 1979 - well after the Moscow signals had ceased.

It releases a mild electric shock that can disable some devices.
Can we focus on the main issue- implanted nano microchips that cause pain and give symptoms of diseases that we don't have.
For example abdominal pain is diagnosed as diverticulitis and doctors want to cut out part of your colon. When I kept asking doctors to look for some tiny microchip my years of infection and symptoms went away.
They just started targeting my esophagus and tried to make vomit in my sleep every day.
My dentist talked me into a crown which is now another device in my mouth
And of course the non stop voices in my ears and people reading my thoughts from some other chip is annoying. Now I have an upgraded chip where they can make me fall asleep at anytime and once they get me in stage two of sleep cycle they can keep me asleep in what they call "dormant brain "
This is when they break into my house and implant more nano chips or just drug me to make look irresponsible.
While the microwave weapons exist, criminals are using these different nano chips from nanotechnology and nano medicine to cause pain instead of heal diseases. We have no freedom of thought and because they read our thoughts they can steal our money and block attempts at removing chip or reaching out to law enforcement.
I have been hit with some kind of microwave handheld weapon that causes pain from within your body radiating out. If you make any kind of movement the pain starts again.
You have to lay still for hours till it wears off. The next couple days you will have internal pain from whatever damage is done. There are no marks or bruises
