S.E.C. Rule 10b-5

The Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) has specific rules that promote transparency and penalize corruption for listed corporations.

Companies that help the US Space Force operate microwave weapons on a daily basis, like Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, and L3Harris, are required to disclose their shareholder risk, if it could cost their shareholders money - due to lawsuits. The company can be sued. The CEO and CFO can be held personally liable for the decisions and the losses.

Lockheed Martin is so involved with the U.S. Space Force tracking & targeting program - they even have offices on Schriever Base in Colorado. Note that “Portal” means elevators. The Base is a Deep Underground Military Base (DUMB).

FULL TRANSPARENCY

SEC Rule 10b-5 requires the disclosure of information that might effect the price of corporate shares.  If there is a risk the company could be sued for billions of dollars - because the company participated in something illegal, then the CEO and CFO must acknowledge and quantify that risk. Even without discussing that it involves a Top Secret program.

“Employment of Manipulative and Deceptive Practices":

It shall be unlawful for any person, directly or indirectly, by the use of any means or instrumentality of interstate commerce, or of the mails or of any facility of any national securities exchange,

(a) To employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud,

(b) To make any untrue statement of a material fact or to omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements made, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading, or

(c) To engage in any act, practice, or course of business which operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon any person, in connection with the purchase or sale of any security."

War Crimes & Treason

It should be noted that the United Nation Human Rights Council has previously declared that aiding and abetting a war crime – by selling weapons a nation knows will be used in the commission of atrocities – is also a war crime. And under

18 U.S. Code § 2. Principals

(a) Whoever commits an offense against the United States or aids, abets, counsels, commands, induces or procures its commission, is punishable as a principal.

(b) Whoever willfully causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him or another would be an offense against the United States, is punishable as a principal.

This means that Lockheed Martin and its senior executives have committed War Crimes and Treason (and violated SEC Rule 10b-5), by continuing to assist the US Space Force. And the lawsuits that are coming, will bankrupt the company.
