I am a 35-year targeted individual-forced Whistleblower and a Havana Syndrome Victim Survivor awaiting results of a 2nd MRI after years of right ear/right brain damage resembling concussions. Sold out to a CIA-FBI-USAF Military Industrial Complex experimental torture program in 1986 by former employer CDCR, my life continues to be a living hell. After having hundreds of thousands of dollars stolen from me in wages, employee benefits and after 58 reported injuries upon my State prison grounds workplaces my ill special needs son and I were forced into a cycle of homelessness and chaos. I continue to be subjected to military grade pulsed microwave assault nightly. My fleeced retirement leaves me with less than $100 to survive each and every month. I was supposed to be retired at my full monthly compensation of $4574 in 2002 but was given $1560. Usurping of Retirement checks and child support payments forced my son and I into homelessness 4 times in a 12 year period.

I have been targeted by the Indianapolis Metropolitan police dept., since 1997. They use the "badge" to issue a false narrative to employers, landlords, neighbors etc... In 1997, I sued them & won a small settlement, & there has been a grudge held against me, every since.
In fact, when I have complained to police about my landlords (at various residencies) invading my privacy, stealing my personal property & violations to my Human, Constitutional & Civil Rights.....they never respond OR investigate. They have labeled me as "Mentally-ill" as a cover for their involvement in my situation.
This response doesn't cover the amount of evidence I have accumulated over the years...concerning what the police do vs. what they won't do....to protect my property, person & Rights.
